Η VICKO, η μεγαλύτερη ελληνική εταιρεία ειδών σπιτιού και διακόσμησης, αναζητά Πωλητές / Πωλήτριες για τα καταστήματά της στη Θεσσαλονίκη.

Αν σου αρέσει να εργάζεσαι σε περιβάλλον καταστήματος, να εξυπηρετείς πελάτες, να συμμετέχεις ενεργά στην οργάνωση και λειτουργία της αποθήκης ή των ραφιών, και θέλεις να ενταχθείς σε μια δυναμική ομάδα, θα χαρούμε να σε γνωρίσουμε.

Ο ρόλος σου

Ως μέλος της ομάδας του καταστήματος, θα συμμετέχεις ενεργά στην καθημερινή λειτουργία του, με στόχο την καλύτερη δυνατή εξυπηρέτηση των πελατών και τη σωστή εικόνα του χώρου.

Οι βασικές αρμοδιότητές σου περιλαμβάνουν:

  • Εξυπηρέτηση πελατών και παροχή ολοκληρωμένων πληροφοριών για τα προϊόντα
  • Κατανόηση των αναγκών των πελατών και υποστήριξη στην επιλογή των κατάλληλων προϊόντων
  • Διαχείριση αιτημάτων ή παραπόνων με ευγένεια και αποτελεσματικότητα
  • Έλεγχο διαθεσιμότητας προϊόντων, τακτοποίηση και ανανέωση των ραφιών
  • Συμμετοχή στην οργάνωση και υποστήριξη της αποθήκης, ανάλογα με τις ανάγκες του καταστήματος
  • Επεξεργασία παραγγελιών, αλλαγών τιμών και επιστροφών μέσω του συστήματος
  • Φροντίδα για την καθαριότητα και την ευταξία των χώρων του καταστήματος

  • Καλή γνώση χρήσης Η/Υ
  • Επιθυμητές σπουδές ΑΕΙ/ ΤΕΙ/ ΙΕΚ
  • Προϋπηρεσία σε αντίστοιχη θέση θα εκτιμηθεί επιπλέον
