Στο πλαίσιο αυτό, αναζητούμε έναν/μία έμπειρο/η Υπεύθυνο/η Τμήματος Προμηθειών για τον συντονισμό, την επίβλεψη και τη βελτιστοποίηση των διαδικασιών προμηθειών του Ομίλου.

Η καθημερινότητα στον Όμιλο

• Εποπτεία και συντονισμός της καθημερινής λειτουργίας του Τμήματος Προμηθειών • Διαχείριση και έγκριση παραγγελιών προμηθειών • Ανάπτυξη και διατήρηση συνεργασιών με προμηθευτές • Διαπραγμάτευση όρων συνεργασίας και τιμολογιακής πολιτικής • Παρακολούθηση αποθεμάτων και έλεγχος μέσω ERP συστημάτων • Διασφάλιση της ορθότητας δεδομένων, παραστατικών και διαδικασιών • Εξασφάλιση συμμόρφωσης με τις εταιρικές πολιτικές και διαδικασίες • Συνεργασία με τα τμήματα λειτουργίας των ξενοδοχείων για κάλυψη αναγκών • Εντοπισμός ευκαιριών βελτίωσης αποδοτικότητας και μείωσης κόστους

• Εποπτεία και συντονισμός της καθημερινής λειτουργίας του Τμήματος Προμηθειών • Διαχείριση και έγκριση παραγγελιών προμηθειών • Ανάπτυξη και διατήρηση συνεργασιών με προμηθευτές • Διαπραγμάτευση όρων συνεργασίας και τιμολογιακής πολιτικής • Παρακολούθηση αποθεμάτων και έλεγχος μέσω ERP συστημάτων • Διασφάλιση της ορθότητας δεδομένων, παραστατικών και διαδικασιών • Εξασφάλιση συμμόρφωσης με τις εταιρικές πολιτικές και διαδικασίες • Συνεργασία με τα τμήματα λειτουργίας των ξενοδοχείων για κάλυψη αναγκών • Εντοπισμός ευκαιριών βελτίωσης αποδοτικότητας και μείωσης κόστους

Αναζητούμε έναν δυναμικό και οργανωτικό επαγγελματία που:

• Διαθέτει άριστες γνώσεις χρήσης Η/Υ και εφαρμογών γραφείου (Microsoft Office) • Έχει αποδεδειγμένη εμπειρία στη χρήση ERP συστημάτων • Έχει πολύ καλή γνώση της Αγγλικής γλώσσας (γραπτά και προφορικά) • Διαθέτει ηγετικές, οργανωτικές και διαπραγματευτικές δεξιότητες • Μπορεί να συντονίζει ομάδες και να εργάζεται αποτελεσματικά υπό πίεση • Προϋπηρεσία σε αντίστοιχη θέση (ιδανικά στον ξενοδοχειακό κλάδο) θα θεωρηθεί σημαντικό προσόν
