В DMED мы создаём масштабные цифровые решения в сфере здравоохранения. Мы ищем Бизнес-аналитика, который поможет глубже понимать потребности пользователей, анализировать существующие процессы и находить решения, делающие наши продукты удобнее и эффективнее.

Обязанности:

Сбор и анализ требований:

  • Cбор и анализ бизнес-требований от медицинских организаций для реализации нового функционала.
  • Проведение интервью с пользователями и заказчиками (CustDev), выявление потребностей и определение приоритетов.
  • Анализ требований на полноту и непротиворечивость, предложение оптимальных вариантов решений.

Моделирование процессов и документация:

  • Исследование и описание текущих бизнес-процессов (AS IS), проектирование целевого состояния (TO BE).
  • Подготовка и структурирование понятной бизнес-документации.

Кросс-функциональное взаимодействие:

  • Согласование предлагаемых решений с заказчиками совместно с системным аналитиком.
  • Взаимодействие с командами разработки, аналитики и внедрения на всех этапах реализации задач.

Requirements

Опыт и компетенции:

  • Опыт работы бизнес-аналитиком от 2 лет (или участие в проектах по анализу и описанию бизнес-процессов).
  • Уверенное понимание подходов AS IS / TO BE, умение видеть взаимосвязи между процессами.
  • Базовое понимание жизненного цикла разработки ПО (SDLC).

Инструменты и нотации:

  • Базовые знания UML и BPMN.
  • Умение строить диаграммы активности (Activity Diagram) и последовательности (Sequence Diagram).
  • Базовые навыки работы в Figma.

Языковые навыки:

  • Грамотная устная и письменная речь на русском и узбекском языках.
  • Знание английского языка будет плюсом.

Будет плюсом

  • Опыт работы в сфере здравоохранения или медицинских информационных систем.
  • Опыт взаимодействия с медицинскими учреждениями и понимание принципов работы государственных структур.
  • Продуктовое мышление и опыт проектирования нового функционала.
