Ο ρόλος του/της Στελέχους Τμήματος Προμηθειών & Διαγωνισμών Δημοσίου είναι κομβικός για την έγκαιρη και σωστή διαχείριση διαγωνιστικών διαδικασιών και σχετικών διοικητικών ενεργειών. Η θέση συμβάλλει ουσιαστικά στη στήριξη της εμπορικής και επιχειρησιακής λειτουργίας, μέσα από στενή συνεργασία με διαφορετικές εσωτερικές ομάδες και προσεκτική διαχείριση απαιτητικών διαδικασιών.

Αρμοδιότητες

  • Προετοιμασία και υποβολή φακέλων δημόσιων διαγωνισμών με ακρίβεια και εντός αυστηρών προθεσμιών.
  • Παρακολούθηση πλατφορμών δημοσίων προμηθειών για νέες ευκαιρίες και ενημερώσεις διαγωνισμών.
  • Συντονισμός με εσωτερικές ομάδες για τη συλλογή τεχνικής και εμπορικής τεκμηρίωσης.
  • Διασφάλιση συμμόρφωσης με το κανονιστικό πλαίσιο δημοσίων προμηθειών και τις απαιτήσεις κάθε διαγωνισμού.
  • Τήρηση οργανωμένου αρχείου προσφορών, συμβάσεων και σχετικής αλληλογραφίας προμηθειών.

Requirements

  • Πτυχίο ΑΕΙ.
  • 3+ έτη εμπειρίας σε δημόσιες προμήθειες και διαδικασίες υποβολής φακέλων δημόσιων διαγωνισμών.
  • Άριστη γνώση Microsoft Office.
  • Ικανότητα ανάγνωσης και κατανόησης εγγράφων στην αγγλική γλώσσα.
  • Δικαίωμα εργασίας στην Ελλάδα.

Επιθυμητά Προσόντα

  • Εμπειρία στη διαχείριση πολλαπλών προθεσμιών διαγωνισμών.
  • Πτυχίο σε διοίκηση επιχειρήσεων, οικονομικά ή δημόσια διοίκηση.
  • Εμπειρία στην προετοιμασία εγγράφων φακέλων διαγωνισμών.
  • Εξοικείωση με Entersoft ERP.
  • Εμπειρία με πλατφόρμες δημοσίων προμηθειών όπως ΕΣΗΔΗΣ, cosmoone.
  • Εμπειρία σε διατμηματικό συντονισμό και συστηματικό follow-up με εμπλεκόμενους stakeholders.
