Отговорности:

- Посреща и изпраща клиентите с усмивка;

- Корекност и отговорност към поставените задачи;

- Получава и обработва входящата кореспонденция;

- Осъществява първоначален контакт с клиентите, както при посещения, така и по телефон;

- Поддържа и актуализира график за посещения на клиенти и присъствия на служители;

- Получава, предава и обработва получената информация от телефонни разговори и електронна поща;

- Осигурява подреждането и поддържането на приемната в съответствие с изискванията;

- Поддържане и актуализиране разходите, подготвяне на месечните отчети - поддържане на списък с необходимите офис-консумативи и своевременното им осигуряване;

- Работа с касов апарат и POS терминал, издаване на фактури, работа с пари и водене на каса;

Вие сте подходящият кандидат за нас, ако притежавате:

- Минимум средно образование и добра писмена грамотност;

- Много добра компютърна грамотност и умения за работа с MS Office, водене на е-mail кореспонденция, използване на Internet;

- Владеене на английски език;

- Спретнат външен вид;

- Правилна дикция и отлични умения за водене на разговор с клиенти;

- Способност да се справя с динамиката на интензивен работен ден;

- Ясно изразени личностни качества на комуникативност, лоялност, съобразителност, учтивост, толерантност и дискретност;

- Способност за работа в екип;

-Опит на подобна позиция ще се счита за предимство;

- Регламентирано работно време от понеделник до петък - 8:00 до 17:00ч. с един час обедна почивка между 13 и 14ч.
