Ως Νυχτερινός Υπάλληλος Υποδοχής, θα είστε το πρόσωπο του ξενοδοχείου μας κατά τις νυχτερινές ώρες, διασφαλίζοντας την ομαλή λειτουργία της υποδοχής και την άριστη εξυπηρέτηση των επισκεπτών.

Θα υποδέχεστε αφίξεις, θα εξυπηρετείτε αιτήματα και θα αναλαμβάνετε διοικητικά και λειτουργικά καθήκοντα με επαγγελματισμό και υπευθυνότητα. Πρόκειται για έναν ρόλο που απαιτεί ψυχραιμία, προσοχή στη λεπτομέρεια και αίσθημα φιλοξενίας.

Ενώ το ξενοδοχείο ησυχάζει, η δική σας βάρδια ξεκινά. Οι νυχτερινές ώρες έχουν τον δικό τους ρυθμό — άλλοτε ήρεμο, άλλοτε απρόβλεπτο. Θα διαχειρίζεστε αφίξεις, αιτήματα επισκεπτών, διαδικασίες ασφάλειας και αναφορές που προετοιμάζουν την επόμενη ημέρα.

Θα είστε η σταθερή παρουσία που διασφαλίζει ότι όλα λειτουργούν σωστά μέχρι το πρωί.

Τι θα κάνετε

  • Υποδοχή και εξυπηρέτηση επισκεπτών σε αφίξεις, αναχωρήσεις και αιτήματα
  • Διαχείριση της λειτουργίας της υποδοχής κατά τη νυχτερινή βάρδια
  • Απάντηση τηλεφωνικών κλήσεων και emails
  • Παρακολούθηση του χώρου για λόγους ασφάλειας και αναφορά ύποπτης δραστηριότητας
  • Διαχείριση πληρωμών, τιμολογίων και αναφορών βάρδιας
  • Συντονισμός με άλλα τμήματα για την εξυπηρέτηση επισκεπτών
  • Τήρηση και ενημέρωση ακριβών αρχείων επισκεπτών
  • Διαχείριση έκτακτων περιστατικών με ψυχραιμία και αποτελεσματικότητα

Τι αναζητούμε

  • Προϋπηρεσία σε αντίστοιχη θέση, κατά προτίμηση στον χώρο της φιλοξενίας
  • Γνώση συστημάτων διαχείρισης ξενοδοχείων και βασικές δεξιότητες Η/Υ (π.χ. MS Office, Protel)
  • Ικανότητα οργάνωσης και διαχείρισης πολλαπλών εργασιών
  • Άριστες επικοινωνιακές και διαπροσωπικές δεξιότητες
  • Πολύ καλή γνώση Ελληνικών και Αγγλικών
  • Ικανότητα εργασίας αυτόνομα και διατήρησης ψυχραιμίας υπό πίεση
