Το Twinn Downtown στον Πειραιά αναζητά έναν εξειδικευμένο και παθιασμένο Μάγειρα/Μάγειρισσα για να ενταχθεί στην ομάδα μας, σε θέση 4ωρης απασχόλησης.

Ως Μάγειρας, θα διαδραματίσετε κρίσιμο ρόλο στην προετοιμασία και το μαγείρεμα πιάτων υψηλής ποιότητας, διασφαλίζοντας ότι όλα τα γεύματα προετοιμάζονται σύμφωνα με τα καθιερωμένα πρότυπά μας.

Αναζητούμε άτομα με ισχυρό μαγειρικό υπόβαθρο, εξαιρετική προσοχή στη λεπτομέρεια και πάθος για τη δημιουργία νόστιμων και οπτικά ελκυστικών πιάτων. Απαιτείται προηγούμενη εμπειρία ως μάγειρας στον τομέα της φιλοξενίας. Αν είστε άτομο με προσωπικό κίνητρο, θετική στάση και διαρκή προσοχή στη λεπτομέρεια, θα χαρούμε να σας γνωρίσουμε.

Responsibilities

  • Προετοιμασία και μαγείρεμα ποικιλίας πιάτων πρωινού, συμπεριλαμβανομένων αυγών και άλλων πρωινών παρασκευών.
  • Σχεδιασμός και προετοιμασία θρεπτικών και ευπαρουσίαστων γευμάτων για το προσωπικό, εντός χρονοδιαγράμματος.
  • Προετοιμασία και μαγείρεμα τροφίμων σύμφωνα με καθιερωμένες συνταγές και πρότυπα.
  • Διασφάλιση ποιότητας και παρουσίασης όλων των πιάτων.
  • Συνεργασία με σεφ και λοιπό προσωπικό κουζίνας για την ομαλή λειτουργία της κουζίνας.
  • Διατήρηση καθαρού και οργανωμένου χώρου εργασίας.
  • Τήρηση κατευθυντήριων γραμμών υγείας και ασφάλειας, καθώς και των πολιτικών της εταιρείας.
  • Συμμετοχή στη διαχείριση αποθεμάτων και στην παραγγελία προμηθειών.
  • Διασφάλιση συμμόρφωσης με τους κανονισμούς υγιεινής και απολύμανσης τροφίμων.

Requirements

  • Προηγούμενη εμπειρία ως μάγειρας ή σεφ στον τομέα της φιλοξενίας.
  • Ισχυρές μαγειρικές δεξιότητες και καλή κατανόηση πιάτων πρωινού και μενού προσωπικού.
  • Θετική στάση, επαγγελματισμός και δέσμευση για την παροχή εξαιρετικών γαστρονομικών εμπειριών.
  • Ικανότητα ομαδικής συνεργασίας και συμβολή σε θετική κουλτούρα κουζίνας.
  • Ευελιξία ωραρίου, συμπεριλαμβανομένων Σαββατοκύριακων και αργιών.
  • Γνώση πρακτικών υγιεινής και απολύμανσης τροφίμων.
