Πολιτικό Μηχανικό Κατασκευής

για εργοτάξιο της εταιρείας στην Αλευράδα.

Κύριες Αρμοδιότητες

  • Εποπτεύει και συντονίζει τις εργασίες, τους υπεργολάβους και τα συνεργεία του έργου σύμφωνα με τα χρονοδιαγράμματα.
  • Προβαίνει σε έρευνα αγοράς υλικών και συμμετέχει στη σύνταξη κοστολογίων και τεχνικών προσφορών.
  • Ελέγχει τα σχέδια της μελέτης και εντοπίζει έγκαιρα τυχόν σφάλματα ή παραλείψεις και σε συνεννόηση με τον μελετητή φροντίζει για την τροποποίηση τους.
  • Συμμετέχει στο συντονισμό όλων των εργασιών του Έργου.
  • Προλαμβάνει και επιλύει τεχνικά προβλήματα κατασκευής του Έργου.
  • Παρακολουθεί και ελέγχει τις δαπάνες του Έργου.
  • Ελέγχει τις πιστοποιήσεις των υπεργολάβων.
  • Επικοινωνεί με Δημόσιες Υπηρεσίες και συνεργεία.

Απαιτούμενα Προσόντα

  • Πτυχίο Πολιτικού Μηχανικού ΑΕΙ
  • 7 έτη κατ’ ελάχιστο εργασιακής εμπειρίας σε εργοτάξιο
  • Εμπειρία σε κτιριακά έργα και έργα υποδομών
  • Άριστη γνώση σχεδιαστικών προγραμμάτων( AutoCAD, REVIT)
  • Πολύ καλή γνώση εφαρμογών MS Office
  • Ικανότητα διαχείρισης εργοταξίου και συντονισμού ομάδων
  • Πολύ καλή γνώση Αγγλικών (προφορικά & γραπτά)
  • Κατοχή διπλώματος οδήγησης Β’ κατηγορίας
