現在、運営サポートチームにて運営サポートスタッフとしてご活躍いただける方を募集しています。

仕事内容

大手ゲームメーカー様の有名ゲームタイトルの運営サポートをお任せします。運営サポートチームはクライアント様と連携しながら担当タイトルのメンテナンス対応、告知対応、ゲーム内のデータ調整、FAQ作成などのゲーム運営業務を担当するチームです。

具体的には

  • メンテナンス対応

管理ツールや実機でメンテナンス実施内容が正しく反映されているか確認

  • 告知対応

システム障害やメンテナンス時のお客様への告知文の作成および掲載

  • データ調整

クライアントの指示に基づきゲーム内データの調整および調整後の確認

  • FAQ作成

担当タイトルにおけるユーザーからのお問合せ状況を把握し、FAQの作成 ※問い合わせ対応自体は含みません

Requirements

必須条件

  • 基本的なPCスキル（WordやExcel、メール対応など）をお持ちの方
  • ゲームに興味、関心がある方
  • 社会人経験（就業経験）をお持ちの方
  • 弊社オフィス（東京都杉並区）に出社可能な方 ※当面はハイブリット勤務を予定しています
