Αρμοδιότητες

  • Παροχή ακριβών και έγκυρων πληροφοριών σχετικά με προϊόντα και υπηρεσίες.
  • Καταγραφή και παρακολούθηση αλληλογραφίας και αιτημάτων εντός του CRM.
  • Ακολουθία διαδικασιών και οδηγιών επικοινωνίας.

Requirements

  • Άριστη γνώση Γαλλικών (C1-C2) και καλή γνώση Αγγλικών (B2).
  • Διαχείριση υπολογιστών και γνώση προγραμμάτων MS Office.
  • Άριστες επικοινωνιακές και διαπροσωπικές ικανότητες.
  • Ικανότητα επίλυσης προβλημάτων και προσοχή στη λεπτομέρεια.
  • Προσανατολισμός στον πελάτη και διάθεση να βοηθήσει τους άλλους.
  • Ικανότητα να εργάζεται ανεξάρτητα καθώς και σε ομάδα.
