Η Ηπειρωτική Βιομηχανία Εμφιαλώσεων Α.Ε. στο πλαίσιο της συνεχούς ανάπτυξής της, αναζητά υποψήφιους για τη στελέχωση του τμήματος Sales Operations Η θέση αφορά τις κεντρικές εγκαταστάσεις της εταιρείας μας στη Περίβλεπτο Ιωαννίνων.

Αρμοδιότητες

  • Υποστήριξη της ομάδας Πωλήσεων και διαχείριση θεμάτων πελατών, παραγγελιών και τιμολόγησης
  • Παροχή εξυπηρέτησης και ενημέρωσης σε πελάτες σχετικά με προϊόντα, τιμές, παραδόσεις και τρόπους πληρωμής
  • Εκτέλεση βασικών διοικητικών εργασιών (αποστολή ενημερωτικών emails, επικοινωνία για προσφορές & νέα προϊόντα)
  • Αποστολή, συλλογή και επεξεργασία ερωτηματολογίων ανατροφοδότησης και δημιουργία σχετικών αναφορών
  • Παρακολούθηση της διάθεσης νέων προϊόντων στην αγορά και προετοιμασία ανταγωνιστικών αναφορών
  • Έλεγχος αποθεμάτων και ημερομηνιών λήξης προϊόντων και ενημέρωση των αρμόδιων ομάδων για απαιτούμενες ενέργειες
  • Ενημέρωση του ERP συστήματος για νέους πελάτες, αλλαγές τιμών, προσφορές και στοιχεία προώθησης
  • Δημιουργία στατιστικών αναφορών πωλήσεων και ενημέρωση του προϊσταμένου για αποτελέσματα & αποκλίσεις
  • Παρακολούθηση βασικών δεικτών απόδοσης (KPIs), αναγνώριση σημείων προς βελτίωση και υποβολή προτάσεων
  • Υλοποίηση πρόσθετων εργασιών που μπορεί να ανατεθούν από τη Διοίκηση

Requirements

  • Πτυχίο Α.Ε.Ι. ή Τ.Ε.Ι. (Ελλάδας ή εξωτερικού) σε Οικονομικά, Διοίκηση Επιχειρήσεων, Marketing ή συναφές αντικείμενο
  • Μεταπτυχιακός τίτλος σπουδών σε σχετικό πεδίο θα θεωρηθεί επιπλέον προσόν
  • Καλή γνώση Αγγλικής γλώσσας (γραπτή και προφορική επικοινωνία)
  • Πολύ καλή γνώση εφαρμογών MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Εμπειρία ή πολύ καλή γνώση σε συστήματα CRM
  • Βασική γνώση χρηματοοικονομικών και λογιστικών εφαρμογών
