Η Human’s Pulse, για λογαριασμό πελάτη της, κατασκευαστικής εταιρείας για κατοικίες και μη, αναζητά έναν Υπάλληλο Γραφείου / Λογιστικής Υποστήριξης για να ενταχθεί στην ομάδα της. Ο υποψήφιος θα είναι αρμόδιος να αναλάβει την καθημερινή υποστήριξη των γραφειακών λειτουργιών και τη διαχείριση βασικών λογιστικών και διοικητικών διαδικασιών.

Κύριες Αρμοδιότητες

  • Υποστήριξη της καθημερινής λειτουργίας του γραφείου και των βασικών διοικητικών και γραμματειακών διαδικασιών.
  • Έκδοση, καταχώριση, έλεγχος και αρχειοθέτηση παραστατικών, όπως τιμολόγια, δελτία αποστολής και λοιπά σχετικά έγγραφα.
  • Παρακολούθηση και οργάνωση παραστατικών ανά πελάτη, προμηθευτή ή έργο.
  • Υποστήριξη στη βασική κοστολόγηση έργων/εργασιών βάσει τιμολογίων, αγορών και υλικών.
  • Επικοινωνία με πελάτες, προμηθευτές και συνεργάτες και διαχείριση καθημερινών γραμματειακών εκκρεμοτήτων.
  • Οργάνωση και διαχείριση εταιρικών αρχείων, ηλεκτρονικής αλληλογραφίας και λοιπών διοικητικών εργασιών.

Requirements

  • 1-2 χρόνια προϋπηρεσίας σε αντίστοιχη θέση διοικητικής ή γραμματειακής υποστήριξης.
  • Βασικές γνώσεις λογιστικής και εμπειρία στη διαχείριση παραστατικών και τιμολογήσεων.
  • Πολύ καλή γνώση χειρισμού εφαρμογών Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Άριστες οργανωτικές δεξιότητες και ικανότητα αποτελεσματικής διαχείρισης πολλαπλών εργασιών.
  • Πολύ καλές επικοινωνιακές δεξιότητες και πνεύμα συνεργασίας.
  • Υπευθυνότητα, συνέπεια και προσοχή στη λεπτομέρεια.

Θα εκτιμηθεί αν υπάρχει:

  • Προϋπηρεσία σε τεχνική ή κατασκευαστική εταιρεία.
