Στο πλαίσιο αυτό, αναζητούμε για λογαριασμό της ΕΛΙΝΟΙΛ για την ανάπτυξη του δικτύου των ιδιολειτουργούμενων πρατηρίων της, υποψήφιους Διαχειριστές.

Requirements

Προφίλ Υποψηφίων Διαχειριστών

  • Ικανότητα αποτελεσματικής διαχείρισης ομάδας, ανθρώπινου δυναμικού
  • Επιχειρηματικό πνεύμα, αξιοπιστία και συνέπεια
  • Πελατοκεντρική αντίληψη
  • Προσανατολισμός στην επίτευξη στόχων
  • Επικοινωνιακός και ευχάριστος χαρακτήρας με θετική αντίληψη
  • Ομαδικό πνεύμα συνεργασίας
  • Ικανότητες αποτελεσματικής διαχείρισης χρόνου

Απαιτούμενα προσόντα:

  • Απόφοιτος/η Δευτεροβάθμιας Εκπαίδευσης
  • Βασικές γνώσεις Η/Υ
  • Εμπειρία σε πωλήσεις ή διαχείριση καταστημάτων

Επιθυμητά προσόντα:

  • Τίτλος σπουδών
  • Προηγούμενη εμπειρία σε θέση υπευθύνου καταστήματος και διαχείρισης ανθρώπων θα εκτιμηθεί θετικά
  • Γνώση αγγλικών
