Με γνώμονα τις θεμελιώδεις αξίες μας και μέσα από τις εξατομικευμένες πρακτικές μας, φροντίζουμε να φέρουμε κοντά τους εργαζόμενους και τις εταιρείες, δίνοντας και στις δυο κατευθύνσεις την υπηρεσία που θα συμβάλει στους στόχους και στις επιθυμίες τους, για ένα ποιοτικό και δημιουργικό μέλλον.

Στο πλαίσιο αυτό αναζητούμε φιλικούς και εξυπηρετικούς υπαλλήλους για να ενισχύσουν την εμπειρία των επιβατών στα μέσα μαζικής μεταφοράς (μετρό και λεωφορεία). Οι εργαζόμενοι θα παρέχουν βοήθεια στους επιβάτες για την επικύρωση εισιτηρίων μέσω των αυτόματων μηχανημάτων, καθώς και για οποιαδήποτε άλλη σχετική ανάγκη προκύψει.

Η θέση αφορά έκτακτη κάλυψη για περιορισμένο χρονικό διάστημα.

Κύριες Αρμοδιότητες:

  • Υποστήριξη επιβατών στη χρήση των αυτόματων μηχανημάτων επικύρωσης εισιτηρίων
  • Ενημέρωση για τους τρόπους χρήσης και φόρτισης καρτών μεταφοράς
  • Καθοδήγηση για τα σημεία αγοράς εισιτηρίων ή επαναφόρτισης καρτών
  • Παροχή πληροφοριών σχετικά με δρομολόγια, στάσεις και συνδέσεις
  • Διασφάλιση ομαλής ροής των επιβατών στους σταθμούς και στις στάσεις

Requirements

  • Εξαιρετικές επικοινωνιακές δεξιότητες και θετική διάθεση
  • Βασικές τεχνικές γνώσεις για την κατανόηση της λειτουργίας των μηχανημάτων
  • Υπομονή και ευγένεια κατά την εξυπηρέτηση επιβατών
  • Καλή γνώση της ελληνικής και της αγγλικής γλώσσας
  • Ικανότητα εργασίας σε γρήγορους ρυθμούς
