Τύπος απασχόλησης: Πλήρης ή μερική απασχόληση, με δυνατότητα ευέλικτης διαμόρφωσης του ωραρίου, ώστε να ανταποκρίνεται στις ανάγκες του υποψηφίου.

Κύριες Αρμοδιότητες

  • Υποδοχή και εξυπηρέτηση πελατών, με στόχο την κατανόηση των αναγκών τους και την παροχή της κατάλληλης λύσης.
  • Παρουσίαση και προώθηση προϊόντων και υπηρεσιών ενέργειας.
  • Ανάπτυξη σχέσεων εμπιστοσύνης με τους πελάτες και διασφάλιση υψηλού επιπέδου εξυπηρέτησης.
  • Ενεργή συμβολή στην επίτευξη των εμπορικών και πωλησιακών στόχων του καταστήματος.
  • Συνεργασία με την υπόλοιπη ομάδα για την αποτελεσματική καθημερινή λειτουργία του καταστήματος.

Requirements

  • Πολύ καλές επικοινωνιακές και διαπροσωπικές δεξιότητες.
  • Πελατοκεντρική προσέγγιση και διάθεση για εξυπηρέτηση.
  • Ομαδικό πνεύμα και ικανότητα συνεργασίας.
  • Ανάληψη πρωτοβουλιών και ικανότητα αποτελεσματικής διαχείρισης καθημερινών ζητημάτων.
  • Καλή γνώση MS Office και άνεση στη χρήση Η/Υ.
  • Πολύ καλή γνώση της αγγλικής γλώσσας.

Θα θεωρηθούν επιπλέον προσόν

  • Προϋπηρεσία σε πωλήσεις ή/και εξυπηρέτηση πελατών, ιδανικά σε περιβάλλον καταστήματος.
  • Εμπειρία στους κλάδους της ενέργειας, των τηλεπικοινωνιών ή της τεχνολογίας.
  • Εξοικείωση με συστήματα CRM.
