Η MEDICAL SUPPLIES & SERVICES Ιατρική Προμηθευτική Μονοπρόσωπη Ι.Κ.Ε., μέλος του Ομίλου Imithea Medical Group, ενός από τους πιο δυναμικά αναπτυσσόμενους παρόχους Δευτεροβάθμιας Περίθαλψης στην Ελλάδα, με δίκτυο νοσοκομείων και κλινικών πανελλαδικής κάλυψης και ανθρώπινο δυναμικό άνω των 2.500 εργαζομένων, αναζητά:

Αγοραστή

Αρμοδιότητες:

  • Εξασφάλιση της ομαλής και έγκαιρης προμήθειας όλων των κατηγοριών παγίων/υλικών.
  • Διαχείριση προμηθειών όπως πάγιου ιατροτεχνολογικού εξοπλισμού, ειδικών υλικών και υγειονομικού υλικού, με έλεγχο τεχνικών προδιαγραφών και συμμόρφωσης με κανονιστικά πρότυπα (π.χ. CE, ISO, MDR).
  • Διαχείριση παραγγελιών προμηθευτών, συντονισμός και έλεγχος διαθεσιμότητας σε συνεργασία με τα τμήματα.
  • Έρευνα αγοράς και αξιολόγηση προμηθευτών.
  • Διεξαγωγή οικονομικών διαπραγματεύσεων με υφιστάμενους και νέους προμηθευτές.
  • Αξιολόγηση προσφορών με βάση την ποιότητα, τις τεχνικές προδιαγραφές και το συνολικό κόστος.
  • Καθημερινή επικοινωνία και συνεργασία με εσωτερικούς και εξωτερικούς φορείς για την απρόσκοπτη λειτουργία του τμήματος.

Requirements

  • Απόφοιτος ΑΕΙ/ΤΕΙ.
  • Τουλάχιστον 2 έτη προϋπηρεσίας σε αντίστοιχη θέση.
  • Προϋπηρεσία στον κλάδο της υγείας ή στην προμήθεια ιατρικών υλικών θα θεωρηθεί επιπρόσθετο προσόν.
  • Πολύ καλός χειρισμός εφαρμογών Microsoft Office.
  • Γνώση SAP ή άλλου ERP συστήματος θα θεωρηθεί επιπρόσθετο προσόν.
  • Άριστη γνώση αγγλικών.
  • Πολύ καλή ικανότητα οργάνωσης, προγραμματισμού και διαχείρισης χρόνου.
  • Ευελιξία και προσαρμοστικότητα σε αλλαγές προτεραιοτήτων και απαιτήσεων του ρόλου.
  • Εξαιρετικές επικοινωνιακές δεξιότητες και ομαδικό πνεύμα.
