Τεχνικό Διευθυντή

Κύριες Αρμοδιότητες

  • Ηγείται της Τεχνικής Διεύθυνσης, διασφαλίζοντας τον αποτελεσματικό σχεδιασμό, τον συντονισμό και την επιτυχή υλοποίηση των τεχνικών έργων της εταιρείας, εντός χρονοδιαγράμματος, προϋπολογισμού και προδιαγραφών ποιότητας σύμφωνα με τα προβλεπόμενα στη Σύμβαση Παραχώρησης του Β.Ο.Α.Κ.
  • Εποπτεύει την εξέλιξη των Συμβάσεων Παραχώρησης, Μελετών - Κατασκευών, Ανεξάρτητου Μηχανικού και Λειτουργίας και Συντήρησης και ενημερώνει για θέματα αποκλίσεων τον Διευθύνοντα Σύμβουλο.
  • Επιθεωρεί τη διαδικασία εκπόνησης των αναγκαίων μελετών για την υλοποίηση των Κατασκευών έργων ΠΜ και ΗΜ.
  • Εκκινεί, επιβλέπει και συντονίζει τις διαδικασίες των διαγωνισμών για την επιλογή συμβούλων, μελετητών, υπεργολάβων κατασκευαστών και συμμετέχει στη διαδικασία επιλογής τους.
  • Καθοδηγεί και εποπτεύει τον προγραμματισμό των εργασιών βαριάς Συντήρησης και των νέων έργων, διασφαλίζοντας την έγκαιρη και ποιοτική ολοκλήρωσή τους.
  • Συμμετέχει στην επιτροπή αξιολόγησης προσφορών υπεργολάβων και προμηθευτών της Εταιρίας Παραχώρησης.
  • Συντάσσει και παρακολουθεί την υλοποίηση του προϋπολογισμού της ΤΔ και εγκρίνει τους Λογαριασμούς των Αναδόχων κατασκευών/συμβούλων και μελετητών.
  • Διασφαλίζει τη διατήρηση του βέλτιστου επιπέδου επικοινωνίας με τον Βασικό Υπεργολάβο Κατασκευής και τον Βασικό Υπεργολάβο Λειτουργίας, λοιπούς Αναδόχους, τις Αρχές, τις εταιρείες «κοινής ωφελείας» και την αρμόδια υπηρεσία του Υπουργείου Υποδομών.
  • Συμμετέχει και εγκρίνει τις διαδικασίες υποβολής προσφορών και συμμετέχει στις διαπραγματεύσεις με τους δυνητικούς Αναδόχους.
  • Επιβλέπει την εφαρμογή των πολιτικών της εταιρείας, ενθαρρύνοντας την συμμόρφωση από όλα τα μέλη της Διεύθυνσης.
  • Εξασφαλίζει τον σχεδιασμό και την εφαρμογή των διαδικασιών στελέχωσης, ανάπτυξης, παροχής κινήτρων και αξιολόγησης του προσωπικού για την Τεχνική Διεύθυνση.
  • Προσδιορίζει τους στόχους ποιότητας και επιβλέπει την ποιότητα και ασφάλεια των συστημάτων για τα τμήματα ευθύνης του.
  • Εξασφαλίζει ένα περιβάλλον εργασίας με γνώμονα την στελέχωση, διατήρηση και υποστήριξη του ανθρώπινου δυναμικού προσανατολισμένο στην ποιότητα.
  • Συνεργάζεται με τον Διευθύνοντα Σύμβουλο και παρέχει πληροφόρηση σχετικά με τους ενδεχόμενους κινδύνους αύξησης του κόστους και τις απαιτήσεις από τους Υπεργολάβους.

Απαιτούμενα Προσόντα

  • Πτυχίο Μηχανικού ΑΕΙ/ΤΕΙ
  • 10 έτη κατ’ ελάχιστον εμπειρίας σε έργα παραχώρησης και κατασκευής έργων αυτοκινητοδρόμων στην Ελλάδα ή/και στο εξωτερικό
  • Εμπειρία στη διαχείριση προϋπολογισμών
  • Άριστη γνώση προγραμμάτων Microsoft Office και Primavera
  • Εμπειρία σε χρήση συστημάτων GIS, VISIO, σε διαδικτυακές πλατφόρμες διαχείρισης έργων (Procore, Aconex, Autodesk Build), καθώς και χρήση τεχνολογίας BIM, θα συνεκτιμηθούν
  • Πολύ καλή γνώση αγγλικών (προφορικά και γραπτά)
