The posting

موظف التداول المعتمد هو أحد الأشخاص المعتمدين للشركة لدى هيئة الأوراق المالية وسوق العراق للأوراق المالية؛ أي الشخص المخوّل رسمياً بتلقي أوامر العملاء وتنفيذها والمسؤول عن سلوك قسم التداول. يدير الوظيفةَ اليومية لمكتب التداول في السوق المحلية وتدفق الأوامر الموجّهة إلى الوسيط الأجنبي، ويضمن معالجة كل أمر وفق التعليمات وقواعد السوق وإجراءات الشركة.

تلقي الأوامر وتنفيذها

• تلقي أوامر البيع والشراء من العملاء والتحقق منها وتنفيذها في سوق العراق للأوراق المالية عبر نظام التداول في السوق، ضمن حدود كل عميل وحالة حسابه.

• متابعة الأوامر الموجّهة إلكترونياً إلى الوسيط الأجنبي، ومعالجة الأوامر المرفوضة أو المنفذة جزئياً، والتنسيق مع فريق عمليات الوسيط بشأن الحالات الاستثنائية.

• إجراء الفحوصات السابقة للتنفيذ: هوية العميل وحالة حسابه، والرصيد النقدي أو الأوراق المالية المتاحة، وقيود التداول، وأي تنبيهات واردة من الامتثال أو مكافحة غسل الأموال.

• حفظ سجل دقيق ومؤرَّخ زمنياً لكل أمر وتعديل وإلغاء وتنفيذ، وفق التعليمات وإجراءات حفظ السجلات في الشركة.

التسوية والمطابقة وعمليات السوق

• التنسيق اليومي للتسوية مع مركز الإيداع العراقي ومصرف التسوية، ومطابقة الصفقات المنفذة مع حسابات العملاء وسجلات الشركة.

• متابعة إجراءات الشركات المدرجة وإيقافات التداول وحدود الأسعار وإعلانات السوق، وضمان انعكاسها على مراكز العملاء وعلى المنصة.

• إعداد تقارير قسم التداول اليومية والدورية للإدارة، وبيانات التداول التي يطلبها السوق أو الهيئة.

• تمثيل قسم التداول كجهة اتصال تشغيلية مع سوق العراق للأوراق المالية ومركز الإيداع العراقي.

السلوك المهني والامتثال وخدمة العملاء

• تطبيق إجراءات الامتثال ومكافحة غسل الأموال وتمويل الإرهاب وإدارة المخاطر في مكتب التداول، وإحالة الأوامر أو السلوكيات غير الاعتيادية إلى مراقب الامتثال ومسؤول الإبلاغ دون تأخير.

• معالجة استفسارات العملاء وشكاواهم المتعلقة بالتنفيذ بمهنية وضمن معايير الخدمة في الشركة.

• المساهمة في بناء قسم التداول: الإجراءات والضوابط، واختبار المنصة مع مزوّد التقنية، وتدريب أعضاء الفريق المستقبليين.

• المحافظة على متطلبات الاعتماد والتعليم المستمر وحسن السيرة التي تحددها الهيئة والسوق.

Requirements

• اجتياز اختبارات ممثلي الوسطاء المعتمدة من هيئة الأوراق المالية وسوق العراق للأوراق المالية، أو حيازة اعتماد ساري المفعول كممثل تداول مرخّص.

• خبرة عملية لا تقل عن سنتين في مكتب تداول لدى شركة وساطة مرخّصة في سوق العراق للأوراق المالية، مع معرفة عملية بنظام التداول في السوق وإجراءات التسوية لدى مركز الإيداع العراقي.

• شهادة بكالوريوس في المالية أو الاقتصاد أو إدارة الأعمال أو المحاسبة أو تخصص ذي صلة.

• سجل نظيف: عدم الحكم بجناية أو جنحة مخلة بالشرف، وعدم التعرض لجزاء تأديبي من جهة رقابية. تدقق الهيئة بيانات كل شخص معتمد قبل المباشرة، ويُعد التعيين مشروطاً بنتيجة هذا التدقيق.

• إتقان اللغة العربية وإلمام عملي بالإنجليزية، ودقة عددية عالية، والقدرة على العمل بهدوء تحت ضغط ساعات السوق.
