Στο πλαίσιο ενίσχυσης της ομάδας Παραγωγής, αναζητούμε Υπεύθυνο/η Γραμμής Παραγωγής, ο/η οποίος/α θα συμβάλλει ενεργά στην ομαλή λειτουργία της παραγωγικής διαδικασίας και στη διασφάλιση της ποιότητας των προϊόντων μας.

Ως Υπεύθυνος/η Γραμμής Παραγωγής θα έχεις την ευθύνη για:

  • Την καθοδήγηση και τον συντονισμό της ομάδας παραγωγής.
  • Τον συντονισμό και την παρακολούθηση της παραγωγικής διαδικασίας της γραμμής ευθύνης του στη βάρδιά του.
  • Τη διασφάλιση της ορθής εφαρμογής του προγράμματος παραγωγής, θέτοντας σε λειτουργία τον σχετικό εξοπλισμό (ζυμωτήριο, προστόφα, στόφα, κλπ), με έμφαση στην ποιότητα και την αποτελεσματικότητα.
  • Την παρακολούθηση της ρεολογικής κατάστασης του ζυμαριού στη γραμμή και την ενημέρωση του Προϊσταμένου Βάρδια Παραγωγής για τυχόν τροποποιήσεις που πιθανόν να απαιτούνται.
  • Την τήρηση των ποιοτικών προδιαγραφών, καθώς και των κανόνων υγιεινής και ασφάλειας.
  • Την αναγνώριση και πρόταση διορθωτικών ενεργειών για τη βελτίωση της απόδοσης και των διαδικασιών.
  • Τη συνεργασία με τα υπόλοιπα τμήματα για την εύρυθμη λειτουργία της παραγωγής και ενημέρωση του Προϊσταμένου Παραγωγής και του Τμήματος Συντήρησης για τυχόν βλάβες ή δυσλειτουργίες του εξοπλισμού.

Requirements

Αν διαθέτεις:

  • Σπουδές ΤΕΙ / ΙΕΚ / ΤΕΛ / ΕΠΑΣ με κατεύθυνση μηχανολογίας, τεχνολογίας τροφίμων ή αρτοποιίας.
  • Τουλάχιστον 1 έτος εμπειρίας σε βιομηχανικό περιβάλλον παραγωγής.
  • Καλή γνώση Αγγλικών και χειρισμού Η/Υ.
  • Δυνατότητα εργασίας σε βάρδιες και κυλιόμενο ωράριο.
  • Υπευθυνότητα, οργανωτική σκέψη και διάθεση για εξέλιξη.
