Στο πλαίσιο αυτό, αναζητούμε Προϊστάμενο Μισθοδοσίας για να ενταχθεί στην ομάδα Διεύθυνσης Ανθρώπινου Δυναμικού.

Ο ρόλος

Ο ρόλος έχει την πλήρη ευθύνη της διαχείρισης της μισθοδοσίας, διασφαλίζοντας την συμμόρφωση με τη νομοθεσία, την ορθότητα και ακρίβεια των δεδομένων, την ανάπτυξη των υφιστάμενων ή νέων πληροφοριακών συστημάτων, καθώς και τη συνεχή βελτίωση των σχετικών διαδικασιών.

Αρμοδιότητες

  • Ανάληψη της συνολικής ευθύνης για τη μισθοδοσία, διασφαλίζοντας τον ορθό, ακριβή και έγκαιρο υπολογισμό και απόδοση των αποδοχών, ασφαλιστικών ταμείων, ΦΜΥ κτλ.
  • Παρακολούθηση και έλεγχος όλων των μεταβολών, με στόχο τη διασφάλιση της ακρίβειας των στοιχείων μισθοδοσίας
  • Διενέργεια ελέγχων και συμφωνιών μισθοδοσίας, με έμφαση στον εντοπισμό, την ανάλυση και τη διόρθωση αποκλίσεων
  • Διαχείριση σύνθετων ζητημάτων εργατικής και ασφαλιστικής νομοθεσίας, διασφαλίζοντας την πλήρη συμμόρφωση της εταιρείας
  • Ευθύνη για την ορθή και έγκαιρη υποβολή δηλώσεων στο Πληροφοριακό Σύστημα «ΕΡΓΑΝΗ ΙΙ»
  • Στενή συνεργασία με τις Οικονομικές Υπηρεσίες για τη συμφωνία της μισθοδοσίας και την υποστήριξη των λογιστικών διαδικασιών
  • Διασφάλιση της αξιοπιστίας, πληρότητας και ορθής τήρησης των αρχείων προσωπικού και των δεδομένων μισθοδοσίας
  • Συνεχής παρακολούθηση των εξελίξεων στη νομοθεσία και ενσωμάτωση των αλλαγών στις εσωτερικές διαδικασίες
  • Συμμετοχή στον σχεδιασμό και την υλοποίηση ενεργειών για τη βελτίωση και την τυποποίηση των διαδικασιών μισθοδοσίας
  • Παραγωγή και ανάλυση αναφορών προς τη Διοίκηση και τις Οικονομικές Υπηρεσίες
  • Καθοδήγηση, υποστήριξη και ανάπτυξη του/της υφισταμένου/ης, ενισχύοντας την αποτελεσματικότητα της ομάδας
  • Παροχή έγκυρης και άμεσης υποστήριξης προς τους εργαζομένους για θέματα που σχετίζονται με τη μισθοδοσία
  • Παροχή στοιχείων και διευκρινίσεων στο πλαίσιο ελέγχων από Εσωτερικό Έλεγχο και Ορκωτούς Ελεγκτές
  • Αναβάθμιση και εξέλιξη υφιστάμενων ή νέων πληροφοριακών συστημάτων, με στόχο τη βελτιστοποίηση της παρακολούθησης των δεδομένων και την κάλυψη νέων αναγκών.

Requirements

  • Πτυχίο ΑΕΙ/ΤΕΙ σε Οικονομικά, Λογιστική ή Διοίκηση Επιχειρήσεων
  • Τουλάχιστον 5-7 έτη εμπειρίας σε μισθοδοσία, εκ των οποίων μέρος σε ρόλο ευθύνης
  • Εμπειρία σε περιβάλλον μεγάλης εταιρείας ή οργανισμού με αυξημένη πολυπλοκότητα (ιδανικά >500 εργαζόμενοι)
  • Άριστη γνώση εργατικής και ασφαλιστικής νομοθεσίας
  • Άριστη γνώση Πληροφοριακού Συστήματος ΕΡΓΑΝΗ ΙΙ
  • Αποδεδειγμένη εμπειρία σε payroll συστήματα (ιδανικά Pylon HRM, ScanHRMS)
  • Πολύ καλή γνώση MS Office, με έμφαση στο Excel
