■仕事内容

オフィス運営を支える総務業務を担当いただきます。 清掃や備品管理、郵送物対応など、日常的な業務を通じて、社員が快適に働ける環境づくりに貢献していただくポジションです。業務内容はご本人のご経験やご状況に応じて調整いたします。

■主な業務内容

  • オフィス内の簡易清掃（デスク周り、共有スペース等）
  • 郵送物の仕分け・配布・発送手配
  • 備品管理および補充（文房具・消耗品など）
  • 近隣への買い出し（軽微な物品）
  • 会議室の準備・片付け
  • 社内便・書類の配布
  • 消防計画作成、変更
  • その他、総務関連のサポート業務
