Η ICAP Employment Solutions αναζητά Συντονιστή Δημοσίων Διαγωνισμών & Προσφορών για κορυφαία εταιρία στον χώρο της Υγείας και συγκεκριμένα στον ιατροτεχνολογικό εξοπλισμό.

Ο ιδανικός υποψήφιος χρειάζεται να διαθέτει οργανωτικότητα, προσοχή στη λεπτομέρεια και διάθεση για συνεχή μάθηση, ενώ να ενδιαφέρεται να αναπτύξει την καριέρα του στον τομέα των δημοσίων συμβάσεων και των διαγωνιστικών διαδικασιών.

Κύριες Αρμοδιότητες

  • Παρακολούθηση και εντοπισμός δημοσίων διαγωνισμών.
  • Συλλογή, έλεγχος και οργάνωση των απαραίτητων δικαιολογητικών.
  • Προετοιμασία και υποβολή φακέλων προσφορών σύμφωνα με τις απαιτήσεις των διαγωνισμών.
  • Συντονισμός με εσωτερικά τμήματα (Πωλήσεις, Οικονομικό, Νομικό, Τεχνικό) για τη συγκέντρωση των απαιτούμενων στοιχείων.
  • Διαχείριση χρονοδιαγραμμάτων και τήρηση προθεσμιών.
  • Επικοινωνία με δημόσιους φορείς και συνεργάτες όπου απαιτείται.
  • Ενημέρωση και τήρηση αρχείου διαγωνισμών, συμβάσεων και σχετικής τεκμηρίωσης.
  • Υποστήριξη της ομάδας σε διοικητικές εργασίες που σχετίζονται με τις διαδικασίες προσφορών.

Requirements

  • Πτυχίο ΑΕΙ/ΤΕΙ σε Διοίκηση Επιχειρήσεων, Οικονομικά, Νομικά ή συναφή κατεύθυνση.
  • Προϋπηρεσία 2-3 έτη σε αντίστοιχη θέση ή σε διοικητική υποστήριξη.
  • Πολύ καλή γνώση Microsoft Office (ιδιαίτερα Excel και Word).
  • Πολύ καλή γνώση της ελληνικής γλώσσας και καλή γνώση αγγλικών.
  • Εξοικείωση με το θεσμικό πλαίσιο δημοσίων συμβάσεων και τις ηλεκτρονικές πλατφόρμες διαγωνισμών.
  • Γνώση συστημάτων ERP ή CRM.

  • Αναλυτική σκέψη, υπευθυνότητα και οργανωτικές δεξιότητες.
  • Ικανότητα διαχείρισης πολλαπλών εργασιών και τήρησης αυστηρών προθεσμιών.
  • Ομαδικό πνεύμα και αποτελεσματικές επικοινωνιακές δεξιότητες.
