Λογιστή

για την περιοχή της Ξάνθης.

Κύριες Αρμοδιότητες

  • Παρακολουθεί & εκτελεί ευρύ φάσμα λογιστικών εργασιών του έργου.
  • Επιβλέπει τις καθημερινές λειτουργίες του λογιστηρίου.
  • Πραγματοποιεί λογιστικές καταχωρίσεις.
  • Συμμετέχει στα μηνιαία, τριμηνιαία και ετήσια κλεισίματα.
  • Ελέγχει την ορθότητα των παραστατικών με βάση τις αντίστοιχες συμβάσεις και παραγγελίες.
  • Προβαίνει σε έλεγχο των λογιστικών καταχωρίσεων.
  • Συνεργάζεται με τη Διεύθυνση Ανθρώπινου Δυναμικού σε θέματα μισθοδοσίας και παρακολούθησης προσωπικού.
  • Πραγματοποιεί συμφωνία λογαριασμών γενικής λογιστικής και επιμέρους υποσυστημάτων πελατών – προμηθευτών.
  • Προετοιμάζει τη λίστα πληρωμών.
  • Συμμετέχει στη δημιουργία και διαχείριση οικονομικών αναφορών.
  • Συνεργάζεται και επικοινωνεί με το Κεντρικό Λογιστήριο, άλλες Διευθύνσεις και με εξωτερικούς φορείς για την οργάνωση και διεκπεραίωση θεμάτων του έργου.
  • Διασφαλίζει την εφαρμογή των εσωτερικών διαδικασιών του λογιστηρίου και τηρεί τα τιθέμενα χρονοδιαγράμματα των εργασιών.

Απαιτούμενα Προσόντα

  • Πτυχίο ΤΕΙ/ΑΕΙ Οικονομικών/Λογιστικής
  • Επιθυμητές οι Μεταπτυχιακές σπουδές ή/και οι σχετικοί επαγγελματικοί τίτλοι
  • 10 έτη κατ΄ελάχιστο προηγούμενης εργασιακής εμπειρίας σε οργανωμένο λογιστήριο/ τήρηση βιβλίων Γ’ κατηγορίας
  • Καλή γνώση ΕΛΠ και IFRS
  • Καλή γνώση Φορολογικής Νομοθεσίας
  • Άριστη γνώση της Αγγλικής γλώσσας (προφορικά και γραπτά)
  • Άριστη γνώση του MS Office (με έμφαση στο MS Excel)
  • Γνώση του συστήματος SAP ERP θα θεωρηθεί προσόν
