Την περίοδο αυτή αναζητούμε Υπεύθυνο/Υπεύθυνη Λογιστηρίου Ασθενών για τη Βιοκλινική Θεσσαλονίκης

Σκοπός θέσης

Η διασφάλιση της ορθής και αποτελεσματικής διαχείρισης των οικονομικών συναλλαγών ασθενών και ασφαλιστικών φορέων, με στόχο την απρόσκοπτη λειτουργία της κλινικής και στην επίτευξη των οικονομικών της στόχων.

Καθήκοντα/αρμοδιότητες

  • Συντονισμός και εποπτεία της λειτουργίας του Λογιστηρίου Ασθενών
  • Διασφάλιση της ορθής διαχείρισης των ταμειακών συναλλαγών και των οικονομικών υποχρεώσεων των ασθενών
  • Επίβλεψη της τιμολόγησης και της έκδοσης των παραστατικών για τις παρεχόμενες υπηρεσίες
  • Συντονισμός της διαδικασίας υποβολής προς τον ΕΟΠΥΥ και έλεγχος της ορθότητας και πληρότητας των απαιτούμενων στοιχείων
  • Διαχείριση κυκλώματος Ιδιωτικών Ασφαλιστικών Εταιρειών
  • Διασφάλιση της συμμόρφωσης με τις συμβάσεις ασφαλιστικών φορέων και ιδιωτικών ασφαλιστικών εταιρειών
  • Παρακολούθηση εισπράξεων και εκκρεμών απαιτήσεων, με στόχο την έγκαιρη εξόφληση των οφειλών
  • Παροχή υψηλού επιπέδου εξυπηρέτησης ασθενών και συνεργατών ιατρών
  • Συμμετοχή σε έργα ψηφιοποίησης και βελτίωσης των συστημάτων
  • Καθοδήγηση και υποστήριξη της ομάδας του τμήματος
  • Συνεργασία με τις διοικητικές, ιατρικές και νοσηλευτικές υπηρεσίες για την εύρυθμη λειτουργία της κλινικής

Απαραίτητα Προσόντα

  • Πτυχίο ΑΕΙ/ΤΕΙ Οικονομικών, Λογιστικής, Διοίκησης Επιχειρήσεων ή συναφούς κατεύθυνσης. Επιθυμητός Μεταπτυχιακός τίτλος σπουδών
  • Προϋπηρεσία τουλάχιστον 5 ετών σε αντίστοιχη θέση
  • Άριστη γνώση διαδικασιών τιμολόγησης και εκκαθάρισης νοσηλίων
  • Πολύ καλή γνώση ασφαλιστικών φορέων και ιδιωτικών ασφαλιστικών εταιρειών
  • Άριστη χρήση MS Office και πληροφοριακών συστημάτων νοσοκομείων/κλινικών
  • Πολύ καλή γνώση της αγγλικής γλώσσας
