  • 支援患者報到、結帳、文件填寫等流程
  • 提供基本療程資訊、價格與診所流程說明
  • 與醫師、牙助及診所團隊協作，確保看診動線順暢
  • 維護患者資料，更新系統資訊
  • 處理收款、發票與簡易行政作業
  • 維持櫃檯與候診區整潔、秩序與良好環境
  • 協助術前術後溝通、提醒與關懷追蹤

  • 具 1–3 年客服、櫃檯或醫療服務相關經驗（牙科或醫療院所經驗尤佳）
  • 具備良好溝通能力與同理心，能以專業態度面對患者
  • 能清楚說明診療流程、基本療程資訊與注意事項
  • 具備多工處理能力，能在快節奏的醫療環境中保持穩定
  • 細心負責，能準確處理患者資料與行政作業
  • 熟悉基本電腦操作（預約系統、Excel、通訊軟體等）
  • 具備團隊合作精神，能與醫師、牙助及其他同仁順暢協作
  • 抗壓性佳，能在繁忙時段保持良好服務品質
  • 對醫療服務具高度熱忱，願意持續學習診所流程與醫療知識
