H ICAP Employment Solutions αναζητά υποψήφιο για τη θέση του Εκπρόσωπου Τηλεφωνικής Εξυπηρέτησης (Εισερχόμενες Κλήσεις) , για λογαριασμό πελάτη της, μία από τις κορυφαίες εταιρείες παροχής υπηρεσιών οδικής βοήθειας με έδρα την Αθήνα,για να ενταχθεί στην ομάδα τους. Η αποστολή/! Η καλύτερη εμπειρία στους πελάτες, ικανοποιώντας τις ανάγκες τους με ενσυναίσθηση και κατανόηση.

Ο ρόλος του Εκπροσώπου Εξυπηρέτησης θα σου επιτρέψει να έχεις θετικό αντίκτυπο στους πελάτες μας καθημερινά. Οι βασικές σου αξίες θα πρέπει να περιλαμβάνουν την παροχή εξαιρετικών υπηρεσιών και την υπέρβαση των προσδοκιών των πελατών μας.

Requirements

  • Εξυπηρέτηση υφιστάμενων πελατών μέσω εισερχόμενων κλήσεων σε υπηρεσίες οδικής βοήθειας και φροντίδας ατυχήματος.
  • Έγκαιρη και αποτελεσματική διαχείριση κλήσεων βάσει των εταιρικών προτύπων.
  • Παροχή ακριβών πληροφοριών και πρακτικών λύσεων σχετικά με τις καλύψεις των υπηρεσιών της εταιρείας.
  • Διασφάλιση άριστης εξυπηρέτησης πελατών.
  • Συστηματική καταγραφή πληροφοριών και τήρηση αρχείου σύμφωνα με τις οδηγίες της εταιρείας.

Qualifications:

  • Προϋπηρεσία 1-2 έτη στην εξυπηρέτηση πελατών.
  • Πολύ καλή γνώση της Αγγλικής γλώσσας.
  • Πολύ καλή χρήση Η/Υ σε περιβάλλον Windows και MS Office.
  • Ομαδικό πνεύμα συνεργασίας.
  • Προσαρμοστικότητα και ευελιξία.
  • Δυνατότητα εργασίας σε κυλιόμενο ωράριο βαρδιών.
  • Ανάπτυγμένες επικοινωνιακές δεξιότητες.
  • Διάθεση για μάθηση και αυτοβελτίωση.
  • Εκπληρωμένες στρατιωτικές υποχρεώσεις για τους άνδρες υποψηφίους.
