Η PwC διαχειρίζεται για λογαριασμό πελάτη της, κορυφαίας εταιρείας στον ασφαλιστικό κλάδο, τη θέση του Υποδιευθυντή Κλάδου Αυτοκινήτων.

Main responsibilities

  • Υποστήριξη της Διεύθυνσης στη συνολική οργάνωση, εποπτεία και εύρυθμη λειτουργία του κλάδου αυτοκινήτων, με ενεργή συμμετοχή στη λήψη επιχειρησιακών αποφάσεων
  • Παρακολούθηση της παραγωγής ασφαλίσεων αυτοκινήτου, ανάλυση αποτελεσμάτων και διαμόρφωση προτάσεων για την επίτευξη εμπορικών και ποιοτικών στόχων
  • Ανάπτυξη και διαχείριση του υφιστάμενου χαρτοφυλακίου πελατών και συνεργατών, με στόχο τη διατήρηση υψηλού επιπέδου παραγωγής και κερδοφορίας
  • Καθημερινή συνεργασία με ασφαλιστικές εταιρείες για θέματα τιμολόγησης, underwriting, ειδικών καλύψεων, εξαιρέσεων, ανανεώσεων και εμπορικών συμφωνιών
  • Διαπραγμάτευση όρων συνεργασίας και υποστήριξη στη διαμόρφωση ανταγωνιστικών ασφαλιστικών λύσεων για ιδιώτες και εταιρικούς πελάτες
  • Συντονισμός και καθοδήγηση ομάδας συνεργατών, ασφαλιστικών συμβούλων και διοικητικών στελεχών, με στόχο την αποτελεσματική λειτουργία και την επίτευξη παραγωγικών στόχων
  • Συνεχής υποστήριξη του δικτύου συνεργατών σε θέματα ασφαλιστικών προϊόντων, διαδικασιών, κανονιστικής συμμόρφωσης και τεχνικών πωλήσεων
  • Παρακολούθηση ανανεώσεων συμβολαίων και εφαρμογή ενεργειών διατήρησης πελατολογίου και περιορισμού ακυρώσεων
  • Ανάλυση ζημιογόνου αποτελέσματος χαρτοφυλακίου και συνεργασία με τις ασφαλιστικές εταιρείες για τη βελτιστοποίηση της αποδοτικότητας και της ποιότητας του κινδύνου
  • Διαχείριση σύνθετων ασφαλιστικών υποθέσεων και περιστατικών υψηλής σημασίας, παρέχοντας άμεσες και αποτελεσματικές λύσεις σε πελάτες και συνεργάτες
  • Παρακολούθηση της ασφαλιστικής αγοράς, του ανταγωνισμού και των νέων τάσεων στον κλάδο αυτοκινήτων, με σκοπό την αξιοποίηση νέων επιχειρηματικών ευκαιριών
  • Συμβολή στη βελτιστοποίηση εσωτερικών διαδικασιών και στην ανάπτυξη νέων εργαλείων και πρακτικών που ενισχύουν την αποτελεσματικότητα και την ανταγωνιστικότητα του κλάδου

Requirements

  • Πτυχίο σε Οικονομικά, Διοίκηση Επιχειρήσεων ή συναφές αντικείμενο
  • Μεταπτυχιακός Τίτλος σε συναφές αντικείμενο θα θεωρηθεί επιπλέον προσόν
  • Τουλάχιστον 10 χρόνια εμπειρίας σε αντίστοιχη θέση σε εταιρεία ασφαλιστικής διαμεσολάβησης ή ασφαλιστική εταιρεία
  • Εμπειρία στον ασφαλιστικό κλάδο αυτοκινήτων αποτελεί απαραίτητο προσόν
  • Γνώση των ασφαλιστικών προϊόντων αυτοκινήτου, των διαδικασιών ανάληψης κινδύνου, τιμολόγησης, ανανεώσεων και διαχείρισης αποζημιώσεων
  • Πιστοποιήσεις επαγγελματικής κατάρτισης στον ασφαλιστικό κλάδο θα αξιολογηθούν θετικά
  • Άριστη γνώση αγγλικής γλώσσας
  • Άριστη γνώση MS Office
  • Ισχυρές διαπραγματευτικές ικανότητες
  • Δυνατότητα επιρροής, πειθούς και αποτελεσματικής επικοινωνίας
  • Ικανότητα επίλυσης προβλημάτων και διαχείρισης απαιτητικών καταστάσεων
  • Άριστη οργάνωση με έντονο προσανατολισμό στο αποτέλεσμα
