Are you fluent in Norwegian and passionate about helping customers? Would you like to live in Greece while working in a dynamic international environment, with the option to work on-site in Athens or remotely from anywhere in Greece?

We are looking for Norwegian-speaking Customer Service Representatives to join the Dyson team. In this role, you will assist customers, provide solutions, and ensure a positive experience for users of a global digital platform.

Your Responsibilities

  • Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat in Norwegian
  • Provide accurate information and solutions in line with company policies
  • Maintain high standards of professionalism and customer satisfaction
  • Document interactions and escalate issues when needed
  • Collaborate with your team to continuously improve service quality
  • Follow internal procedures and workflows consistently

Requirements

  • Fluent Norwegian (spoken and written)
  • Very good English skills
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Strong attention to detail and empathy for customers
  • Comfortable using Windows OS, internet tools, and MS Office
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Previous experience in customer service, call centers, or support roles is a plus
  • Proactive mindset and eagerness to learn
