🚩Roles & Responsibilities

自社製品（SwiftMR）の導入支援やMRI撮像パラメータの最適化を通じて、顧客のビジネス価値と満足度を最大化させるポジションです。新規導入からトラブルシューティング、ソウル本社を含むアメリカやEMEAなど海外法人の仲間や国内営業部門との連携までを担い、試用から有料契約・更新へと導きます。

1. 導入・技術サポート

  • 画質・プロトコル最適化： MRI撮像パラメータの調整を行い、撮影時間短縮と画質向上の実現
  • トラブルシューティング： 製品利用に関する問い合わせおよび画質トラブル・障害発生時の迅速な対応
  • 新規導入支援： 新規顧客への製品（Gateway PC）設置およびMRI・PACSとの接続作業

2. 顧客・パートナー支援

  • 利用サポート： 顧客が製品を最大限活用できるようにトレーニングおよび継続的な支援を提供
  • パートナー育成： 代理店（チャネルパートナー）への設置・パラメータ設定に関するトレーニングを実施
  • 契約転換・更新促進： 顧客満足度向上を通して、試用（トライアル）から有料契約への転換および更新の推進

3. 社内・グローバル連携

  • 営業と連携： 営業担当と連携したセールスパイプラインの優先順位付け、および更新戦略の策定
  • 本社（ソウルHQ）と連携： 新バージョン展開の調整、および顧客からの要望・技術課題のエスカレーション
  • ナレッジ共有： 国内外のメンバーとの障害対応連携、および各種マニュアル・手順書の作成

Requirements

🎯Qualifications

  • MRIベンダー経験もしくは磁気共鳴専門技術者の資格を有した方（目安：3〜5年以上）
  • 顧客対応力が高く、最後までやり切る高い責任感を有した方
  • 新しい技術や製品の変化を自ら学ぶ向上心を有した方
  • 日本語流暢で英語環境に抵抗がない方
  • 日本国内の出張（地方含む）が可能かつ抵抗がない方
