🚩Roles & Responsibilities

職務詳細

1. デジタル・コンテンツマーケティング

- HPの最適化、SNS運用に加え、導入事例インタビューやホワイトペーパーの作成を通じた信頼性の醸成。

2. グローバル連携

- 本社のExternal Communicationチームと連携し、グローバルな成功事例を日本向けに戦略的にローカライズ。

3. ステークホルダー・エンゲージメント

- KOL（Key Opinion Leader）の声を活用したマーケティング施策の展開。

4. イベント・学会マネジメント

- 日本医学放射線学会（JRC）等の展示企画、当日のネットワーキング、事後のリードフォロー

5. 広報・メディアリレーション

- 医療専門メディアや主要経済誌（日本経済新聞など）を含む、外部との広報活動およびメディア対応窓口を担当

今後ご担当いただきたい業務内容

6. 戦略的コミュニケーション

- 日本市場向けのメッセージング（Value Proposition）の策定と、一貫したブランドボイスの維持。

Requirements

🎯Qualifications

・B2Bマーケティングおよび広報/コミュニケーションの実務経験（3〜5年相当）

- デジタルマーケティング（リード創出）と、外部広報（ブランド構築）の両方に理解がある方。

・プロジェクトマネジメント能力

- 予算とリソースが限られた中で、優先順位を付け、複数の施策を同時並行で完遂させる力がある方。

・卓越したライティング・表現能力

- 複雑な技術を、日本の医師や経営者に刺さる「論理的かつ魅力的な言葉」に変換できる方

・高いコミュニケーション能力

- 日本語での円滑な交渉能力に加え、英語（ビジネスレベルの読み書き、Slack/メール）での対応が可能であれば尚可。

🏅Preferred Experiences

・SaaSおよびIT業界でマーケティング経験もしくは実績を残してきた方

・デザインツール（Figma、Canva等）やMAツール（Google Analytics、 HubSpot等）の活用経験がある方。

・医療やヘルスケア業界および普段からの健康管理にご興味ある方
