About the role

As a member of our Accounting team, you will support the day-to-day financial operations of the firm and gain hands-on experience across a variety of accounting tasks.

Requirements

As a member of our Accounting team, you will:

  • Assist in clients’ and suppliers’ contract management
  • Support monthly reconciliations and accounting entries
  • Assist with clients’ invoicing and data entries in the accounting system
  • Help monitor firm expenses and maintain relevant records
  • Support month-end and year-end closing processes
  • Assist in the preparation of financial reports and analyses
  • Communicate with internal teams and external stakeholders when required
  • Support communication with public authorities
  • Contribute to ongoing accounting and finance projects
  • Handle ad hoc administrative and accounting tasks

The successful candidate should have:

  • Degree in Accounting, Business Administration or a related field
  • Little to no prior professional experience (internships or academic projects will be considered a plus)
  • Excellent command of English
  • Very good knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel
  • Strong familiarity with digital tools and willingness to learn new software and technologies
  • Attention to detail and good organizational skills
  • Strong willingness to learn and develop within a corporate environment
  • Good communication and teamwork skills
