As a Junior Business Development Manager for Eastern Europe, you will support the identification, development, and execution of new business opportunities across the region, working closely with senior commercial leaders, customers, government stakeholders, and internal technical teams.

This is a hands-on opportunity for someone early in their career who wants to build strong commercial expertise in aerospace and defense. You will gain direct exposure to complex sales cycles, public procurement, tenders, customer engagement, and market development while contributing to Destinus' growth across Eastern Europe.

At Destinus, we are revolutionizing the defense industry with cutting-edge Unmanned Aerial Vehicles (UAVs). Our innovative technologies are designed to meet the unique demands of modern defense operations, delivering unparalleled speed, precision, and cost effectiveness. Destinus partners with government agencies and defense organizations worldwide to provide advanced solutions for mission-critical operations, enabling a new era of efficiency and technological superiority. Join us in shaping the future of defense with groundbreaking aerospace innovations.

What You'll Do

  • Support the development of new business opportunities across Eastern Europe, with a particular focus on defense, aerospace, UAVs, and government customers

  • Build and maintain relationships with customers, government stakeholders, local partners, and other key players across the region
  • Support the preparation of proposals, tenders, presentations, commercial offers, and other customer-facing materials
  • Track public tenders, procurement opportunities, defense programs, and relevant regulatory developments across Eastern European markets
  • Coordinate with engineering, product, legal, finance, and operations teams to ensure commercial opportunities are supported by solid technical and business cases
  • Help organize customer meetings, demonstrations, industry events, and trade shows across the region
  • Maintain accurate information on opportunities, customer interactions, next steps, and commercial priorities
  • Travel across Eastern Europe when required to meet customers, partners, and stakeholders

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
