About the role

As a Junior Consultant – Public Sector, you will support public sector transformation projects by analyzing business requirements, contributing to research and report writing, monitoring project implementation, and handling data and information responsibly.

Your role will include:

  • Generate business requirement documents for key process improvement projects
  • Effectively monitor project and program implementation
  • Analyze business requirements and prepare technical and functional specifications
  • Deal with project research and participate in report writing process
  • Actively contribute to large-scale public sector transformation projects in several areas related to policy making and public administration reforms
  • Handle, manipulate and analyze data and information responsibly

What we're looking for:

  • BSc in Business Administration, Economics, Economic Engineering or any other related field (related MSc will be considered as a plus)
  • 0 – 2 years of relevant experience in a consulting firm
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel
  • Fluency in Greek and English, both written and spoken
  • Strong attention to detail and good organizational skills
  • Effective communication and teamwork skills
  • Positive attitude, eagerness to learn and develop professionally
  • Strong sense of responsibility and commitment to delivering high-quality work
