Per il nostro team di Controllo di Gestione, siamo alla ricerca di una risorsa Junior, motivata a intraprendere un percorso di crescita professionale e a supportare il team nelle seguenti attività:

Attività principali

  • Supporto nella raccolta e nell'aggiornamento dei dati economici e finanziari relativi ai progetti.
  • Affiancamento nella predisposizione della reportistica periodica e nell'elaborazione di analisi a supporto del business.
  • Supporto nell'aggiornamento di file di monitoraggio relativi a costi, ricavi e marginalità.
  • Collaborazione con i team Amministrazione, Sales e Project Management per la raccolta e la verifica delle informazioni necessarie alle attività di controllo.
  • Supporto nella predisposizione di budget, forecast e business plan.
  • Affiancamento nel monitoraggio dei principali KPI aziendali e nell'analisi degli scostamenti.
  • Supporto nelle attività di aggiornamento e miglioramento degli strumenti di reporting e dei processi gestionali.
  • Collaborazione con il team Finance nelle attività amministrative e nella predisposizione della documentazione a supporto delle chiusure periodiche e del bilancio.
  • Possibilità di partecipare a progetti speciali e analisi straordinarie in ambito finance e sviluppo del business.

Requirements

Requisiti

  • Laurea triennale o magistrale in Economia (conseguita o in fase di conseguimento).
  • Interesse per i temi di controllo di gestione, amministrazione e finanza aziendale.
  • Buona conoscenza della contabilità generale e delle principali logiche economico-finanziarie.
  • Ottima conoscenza di Microsoft Excel e del pacchetto Office.
  • Precisione, proattività e buone capacità organizzative.
  • Attitudine al problem solving e predisposizione al lavoro in team.

  • Percorso di stage della durata di 6 mesi, finalizzato all’inserimento in apprendistato. Al termine del periodo, sulla base del raggiungimento degli obiettivi formativi e delle competenze maturate, verrà valutata l’eventuale prosecuzione del percorso mediante proroga dello stage oppure l’inserimento con contratto di apprendistato
  • Indennità di partecipazione: 800€ lordi al mese
