Η Eifron AEEE, με μακρά παράδοση και αναγνωρισμένη αξιοπιστία στον τομέα της διαχείρισης του διαβήτη και της υγειονομικής φροντίδας, αναζητά έναν οργανωτικό και υπεύθυνο Βοηθό Λογιστή για να ενισχύσει το λογιστήριο της. Η θέση αυτή είναι καθοριστική για την ομαλή οικονομική λειτουργία της εταιρείας, διασφαλίζοντας την ακρίβεια και τη συνέπεια στην καταγραφή και παρακολούθηση των οικονομικών συναλλαγών.

• Υποστήριξη στην καταχώρηση λογιστικών εγγραφών και παρακολούθηση λογιστικών βιβλίων

• Έκδοση και καταχώρηση παραστατικών (τιμολόγια, δελτία αποστολής, πιστωτικά)

• Συμφωνία τραπεζικών λογαριασμών και λογαριασμών πελατών/προμηθευτών

• Υποστήριξη στην προετοιμασία μηνιαίων και περιοδικών οικονομικών αναφορών

• Συμμετοχή στην κατάρτιση και παρακολούθηση προϋπολογισμού (budgeting) και ανάλυση αποκλίσεων (budget vs actual)

• Υποστήριξη στη διαδικασία κοστολόγησης προϊόντων/υπηρεσιών και ανάλυση κόστους

• Παρακολούθηση εισπράξεων/πληρωμών και ενημέρωση ταμειακών ροών

• Συμμετοχή στη διαδικασία προετοιμασίας ΦΠΑ και λοιπών φορολογικών δηλώσεων

• Αρχειοθέτηση και τήρηση λογιστικών παραστατικών σύμφωνα με τη νομοθεσία

• Στενή συνεργασία με το λογιστικό γραφείο και τα υπόλοιπα τμήματα της εταιρείας

Requirements

• Πτυχίο Λογιστικής, Οικονομικών ή συναφούς κατεύθυνσης

• Βασικές γνώσεις κατάρτισης προϋπολογισμού και κοστολόγησης

• Προηγούμενη εμπειρία σε αντίστοιχη θέση θα θεωρηθεί επιπλέον προσόν (προαιρετικό)

• Καλή γνώση MS Office, ιδιαίτερα Excel, και εξοικείωση με λογιστικά προγράμματα

• Οργανωτικότητα, προσοχή στη λεπτομέρεια και συνέπεια

• Ικανότητα τήρησης προθεσμιών και ομαδικής εργασίας

• Γνώση Αγγλικών ή άλλης γλώσσας
