Η AGT Group, ένας δυναμικά αναπτυσσόμενος όμιλος engineering & construction με περισσότερα από 30 χρόνια εμπειρίας στην υλοποίηση σύνθετων τεχνικών έργων στην Ελλάδα και το εξωτερικό, αναζητά Junior Cost Estimator, Mechanical Engineer με βάση τα κεντρικά γραφεία στην Αθήνα.

Ο/Η Junior Cost Estimator, Mechanical Engineer θα έχει ενεργό ρόλο στην εκτίμηση κόστους έργων, την αξιολόγηση οικονομικών προσφορών και τη σύνθεση τεχνικοοικονομικών προτάσεων, συμβάλλοντας στη συμμετοχή της εταιρείας σε διαγωνισμούς και στην ανάπτυξη ανταγωνιστικών προσφορών.

Κύριες Αρμοδιότητες

  • Ανάλυση και αξιολόγηση τευχών δημοπράτησης και τεχνικών προδιαγραφών
  • Διενέργεια αυτοψιών για καταγραφή απαιτήσεων και εντοπισμό κινδύνων
  • Συνεργασία με πελάτες και ομάδα πωλήσεων για αποσαφήνιση απαιτήσεων
  • Έρευνα αγοράς για κοστολόγηση υλικών και υπηρεσιών
  • Εκπόνηση προμετρήσεων και σύνθεση Bills of Quantities (BoQ)
  • Ανάπτυξη εκτιμήσεων κόστους και προϋπολογισμών έργων
  • Σύνταξη τεχνικοοικονομικών προσφορών και φακέλων διαγωνισμών
  • Ανάπτυξη χρονοδιαγραμμάτων για την υποστήριξη των προσφορών
  • Έλεγχος προσυμβατικών όρων και συμμετοχή σε διαπραγματεύσεις
  • Συνεργασία με τα τμήματα πωλήσεων και προμηθειών για βέλτιστες λύσεις
  • Συμμετοχή σε συναντήσεις και υποστήριξη των ομάδων έργου
  • Ενημέρωση και παρακολούθηση δεδομένων στο σύστημα ERP

Απαραίτητα Προσόντα & Δεξιότητες

  • Πτυχίο Μηχανολόγου Μηχανικού ΑΕΙ ή ΤΕΙ
  • Προηγούμενη εμπειρία 1-3 έτη σε αντίστοιχη θέση
  • Άριστη γνώση Αγγλικών
  • Πολύ καλή γνώση Η/Υ και βασική γνώση AutoCAD
  • Καλή κατανόηση τεχνικών προδιαγραφών και συμβατικών απαιτήσεων
  • Ισχυρές οργανωτικές και επικοινωνιακές δεξιότητες
  • Ικανότητα επίλυσης προβλημάτων και λήψης αποφάσεων
  • Ομαδικό πνεύμα και αποτελεσματική συνεργασία με διαφορετικά τμήματα
  • Ευελιξία και προσαρμοστικότητα σε δυναμικό περιβάλλον
