The posting

Η Optimal, για λογαριασμό πελάτη της, εταιρίας Εμπορίας Πετρελαιοειδών Προϊόντων, αναζητά Υπάλληλο Τμήματος Πιστωτικού Ελέγχου (Junior Credit Controller) για τα κεντρικά γραφεία της στο Μαρούσι.

Αποστολή

Έλεγχος υπολοίπων των πελατών, έτσι ώστε να διασφαλίζεται η αποτελεσματική εφαρμογή της πιστωτικής πολιτικής της Εμπορίας και η αποτελεσματική λειτουργία των πωλήσεων μέσα στους εγκεκριμένους πιστωτικούς όρους συνεργασίας.

Κύριες Αρμοδιότητες:

  1. Αποδεσμεύσεις
  • Έλεγχος και ανάλυση πελάτη μέσω εντύπου δεσμευμένης παραγγελίας
  • Έλεγχος εμβασμάτων, κράτηση καρτών-πιστωτικών
  • Επικοινωνία - Ενημέρωση πελάτη για εκκρεμότητες στο λογαριασμό του

2. Αξιόγραφα

  • Μετά από αίτημα πωλήσεων ή υποστήριξης πωλήσεων μέσω BPM (ή μέσω email όπου δεν είναι εφικτό) και την ανάλογη έγκριση για μετάθεση-αντικατάσταση-επιστροφή επιταγών, έλεγχος και προώθηση σε συνεργαζόμενα τμήματα, έλεγχος τακτοποίησης αιτήματος.
  • Μετά από αίτημα πωλήσεων ή υποστήριξης πωλήσεων μέσω email για παράταση-αντικατάσταση-επιστροφή συναλλαγματικών που αφορούν δόσεις αποπληρωμής εμπορευματικής ή διακανονισμού, έλεγχος – έγκριση, προώθηση σε συνεργαζόμενα τμήματα, έλεγχος τακτοποίησης αιτήματος.

3. Καταχωρήσεις πιστωτικών όρων

  • Καταχωρήσεις πιστωτικών όρων μετά από την ενημέρωση ολοκλήρωσης ελέγχου ΣΕΣ.
  • Καταχωρήσεις πιστωτικών όρων που αφορά στους πελάτες χωρίς εξασφάλιση και σύμβαση.
  • Αλλαγές πιστωτικών όρων που αφορούν στις συνθήκες αποδέσμευσης (πιστωτικό όριο, οδηγίες πληρωμής).

4. Πιστωτικά - Κάρτες

  • Ενημέρωση λίστας πιστωτικών όσον αφορά τη χρήση τους, ενημέρωση Δικτύου, Υποστήριξης Πωλήσεων και λογιστηρίου για μεταφορές
  • Αποστολή στο λογιστήριο για μεταφορές, ενημέρωση Δικτύου και Υποστήριξης Πωλήσεων
  • Λίστα έκδοσης Καρτών, όσον αφορά τη χρήση τους, ενημέρωση Δικτύου, Υποστήριξης Πωλήσεων και λογιστηρίου για μεταφορές

5. Διακανονισμοί – Εμπορευματικές πιστώσεις

  • Μετά την ολοκλήρωση του ελέγχου συμβάσεων από το αρμόδιο τμήμα, αποστέλλει στο λογιστήριο το «χτίσιμο» των εγκεκριμένων διακανονισμών, εμπορευματικών πιστώσεων καθώς και δόσεων εισροών-εκροών
  • Παρακολούθηση αποπληρωμών και μέσω των αποδεσμεύσεων.

Απαραίτητα Προσόντα:

  • Πτυχίο ΤΕΙ/ ΑΕΙ οικονομικής/λογιστικής κατεύθυνσης
  • Έως 2 έτη σχετική επαγγελματική εμπειρία
  • Λογιστικές γνώσεις
  • Γνώση MS Office
