Ali Professional è la divisione di Ali Spa specializzata nella ricerca e selezione di profili specialistici e sulle figure di Middle & Top Management.

Per un system integrator con oltre 30 anni di presenza consolidata sul mercato, siamo alla ricerca di una/un Junior ERP Consultant Operations.

Mission

Supportare i progetti di implementazione ERP Infor CloudSuite Industrial sui processi Operations, contribuendo a: analisi dei processi, configurazione funzionale, test, qualità dati e formazione utenti, sotto la guida di un Senior Consultant e del Project Manager.

Attività principali

1) Process discovery & documentazione

  • Supporto ai workshop con Operations: raccolta requisiti, note strutturate, action list.
  • Produzione documenti: Business Blueprint (Processi TO-BE) e procedure operative.
  • Supporto alla gestione delle Change Request: confronto tra processi cliente e standard ERP.

2) Configurazione funzionale (con affiancamento)

  • Preparazione set-up e parametri (es. anagrafiche, regole operative, profili utenti) seguendo linee guida del team.
  • Verifica coerenza configurazioni vs Business Blueprint.

3) Test & simulazioni

  • Preparazione ed esecuzione di test case (SIM/UAT): script, dati di test, raccolta evidenze.
  • Apertura e tracciamento difetti/issue e follow-up con team tecnico.

4) Data quality & migrazione dati

  • Supporto a data cleaning e data mapping (articoli, distinte, cicli, ubicazioni, fornitori).
  • Controlli di coerenza su template (completezza, formati, duplicati) e riconciliazioni post-caricamento.

5) Training & go-live support

Creazione di materiali formativi (quick guide, how-to, FAQ).

Supporto in aula e on-the-job durante go-live e fase di stabilizzazione (live care).

Requirements

Must-have

  • Laurea (preferibilmente) in: Ingegneria Gestionale / Meccanica / Informatica / Economia (indirizzo operations) / Data & Business.
  • Interesse concreto per processi industriali (produzione, magazzino, supply chain) e per la trasformazione digitale.
  • Attitudine analitica: ragionamento per processi, precisione, confidenza con numeri e KPI.
  • Buona padronanza di Excel (tabelle, filtri, pivot di base; plus: Power Query).
  • Comunicazione chiara e capacità di lavorare in team.
  • Conoscenza della lingua inglese.

Nice-to-have

  • Tirocinio/tesi su temi: ERP, lean manufacturing, pianificazione, supply chain, quality, data analytics.
  • Familiarità con concetti base del settore manifatturiero.

Output attesi nei primi 6 mesi

  • Saper gestire in autonomia: minute meeting, documentazione di processo, set di test case, controlli data quality.
  • Contribuire a una simulazione di processo end-to-end con evidenze.
  • Supportare training e supporto go-live su un’area funzionale.
