Η Intale παρέχει σύγχρονες μηχανογραφικές λύσεις σε καταστήματα λιανικής σε όλη την Ελλάδα.

Στο πλαίσιο ανάπτυξης της ομάδας μας, αναζητούμε Junior IT / Τεχνικό Υποστήριξης Εξοπλισμού Λιανικής για πλήρη απασχόληση. Η θέση απευθύνεται και σε νέους επαγγελματίες ή αποφοίτους σχολών Πληροφορικής που θέλουν να αποκτήσουν ουσιαστική εμπειρία σε συστήματα και εξοπλισμό λιανικής.

Αρμοδιότητες

Ο/Η υποψήφιος/α θα ενταχθεί στην τεχνική ομάδα της Intale και, μετά την απαραίτητη εκπαίδευση, θα αναλάβει:

  • Παραλαβή και καταχώρηση παραγγελιών εξοπλισμού.
  • Προετοιμασία, εγκατάσταση και βασικό τεχνικό έλεγχο εξοπλισμού, όπως ταμειακές μηχανές, scanners, Raspberry Pi και λοιπά περιφερειακά.
  • Αρχική παραμετροποίηση και έλεγχο καλής λειτουργίας συστημάτων.
  • Διάγνωση και αντιμετώπιση βασικών προβλημάτων hardware και software.
  • Οργάνωση και αποστολή εξοπλισμού προς τεχνικούς και πελάτες.
  • Συνεργασία με την τεχνική ομάδα για την υποστήριξη και ομαλή λειτουργία του εγκατεστημένου εξοπλισμού.

Requirements

Απαραίτητα Προσόντα

  • Βασικές γνώσεις υπολογιστών, hardware και δικτύων.
  • Καλή εξοικείωση με περιβάλλον Windows.
  • Διάθεση για μάθηση και εξέλιξη στον χώρο του IT.
  • Υπευθυνότητα, συνέπεια και οργανωτικότητα.
  • Καλή επικοινωνία και ομαδικό πνεύμα.
  • Εκπληρωμένες στρατιωτικές υποχρεώσεις, όπου απαιτείται.

Επιθυμητά Προσόντα

  • Σπουδές Πληροφορικής, Δικτύων, Τεχνικού Υπολογιστών ή συναφούς αντικειμένου (ΑΕΙ, ΣΑΕΚ/ΙΕΚ ή αντίστοιχη σχολή).
  • Προηγούμενη εμπειρία σε τεχνική υποστήριξη ή IT Helpdesk θα θεωρηθεί επιπλέον προσόν, χωρίς να είναι απαραίτητη.
  • Εμπειρία με POS, ταμειακές μηχανές ή εξοπλισμό λιανικής.
  • Βασικές γνώσεις Linux.
  • Εξοικείωση με Raspberry Pi.

Δεν απαιτείται προηγούμενη επαγγελματική εμπειρία. Αναζητούμε κυρίως ανθρώπους με τεχνική αντίληψη, συνέπεια και πραγματικό ενδιαφέρον να εξελιχθούν στον χώρο του IT.
