Wir sind derzeit auf der Suche einem IT Support Technician für unser Team in München, Deutschland.

Aufgabenbereich

  • Betreuung und Support von Windows-Endgeräten sowie Mobiltelefonen in enger Abstimmung mit unseren Kunden
  • Analyse von IT-Störungen sowie eigenständige Fehlerbehebung
  • Unterstützung von VIP-Anwendern
  • Support und Wartung von Medientechnik
  • Unterstützung im Bereich Print Services
  • Selbstständige Bearbeitung und Durchführung der zugewiesenen Aufgaben
  • Planung sowie Umsetzung von Software-Rollouts und Updates
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit der Entwicklungsabteilung und weiteren Fachbereichen
  • Einrichtung und Instandhaltung von Flexdesk-Arbeitsplätzen
  • Durchführung von IMAC-D Aufgaben (Install, Move, Add, Change, Dispose)

Requirements

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung im IT-Bereich oder vergleichbare, praktisch erworbene Kenntnisse mit mehrjähriger Berufserfahrung
  • Sehr gute Kenntnisse in Windows 10 und Windows 11
  • Gute Kenntnisse im Bereich Medientechnik
  • Erfahrung im Umgang mit mobilen Endgeräten
  • Kenntnisse in der Verwaltung von Druckern
  • Kenntnisse in ITIL v3 oder ITIL v4
  • Erfahrung in der IT-Anwenderbetreuung sowie im Onsite-Support
  • Freude an der Zusammenarbeit in internationalen Teams sowie Sensibilität und Offenheit gegenüber unterschiedlichen Kulturen
  • Serviceorientierte, motivierte Persönlichkeit mit ausgeprägten Kommunikationsfähigkeiten
  • Fließende Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
  • Möglichkeit, einen aktuellen Strafregisterauszug (nicht älter als 3 Monate) vorzulegen
