Junior Mechanical Maintenance Engineer

Descrizione generale

Il/la Junior Mechanical Maintenance Engineer è responsabile della supervisione delle attività di manutenzione meccanica all'interno del campus, con un focus particolare sull'efficientamento energetico, la redazione di procedure operative, il supporto tecnico e l'analisi degli incidenti. Questa figura professionale gioca un ruolo chiave nel garantire l'efficienza, l'affidabilità e la sicurezza degli impianti meccanici, contribuendo al contempo alla riduzione dei consumi energetici e all'ottimizzazione delle performance impiantistiche.

Principali responsabilità e compiti del ruolo

Emissione procedure operative (MOP-SOP-EOP) ed esecuzione Dry Run, gestione archiviazione documentale:

Sviluppo e aggiornamento di procedure operative (MOP – SOP - EOP) per le attività di manutenzione, garantendo la conformità alle normative di sicurezza e alle best practice del settore.

Esecuzione di Dry Run per validare l'efficacia e la sicurezza delle procedure operative.

Gestione e archiviazione della documentazione tecnica relativa agli impianti meccanici e alle procedure operative, garantendone l'aggiornamento e la facile accessibilità.

Gestione del caricamento e l'aggiornamento a sistema della documentazione di propria competenza.

Supporto tecnico agli operativi e nell'interfaccia con i fornitori:

Fornire supporto tecnico al team operativo per la risoluzione di problematiche relative agli impianti meccanici.

Gestire l'interfaccia con i fornitori di materiali e servizi, assicurando la corretta esecuzione dei contratti e il rispetto delle tempistiche.

Collaborare con i fornitori per l'identificazione di soluzioni innovative e per l'ottimizzazione delle attività di manutenzione.

Stesura Incident Report e relative analisi collegate:

Redigere report di incidente (Incident Report) in caso di anomalie o guasti agli impianti, descrivendo dettagliatamente l'accaduto, le cause e le azioni correttive intraprese.

Eseguire analisi delle cause degli incidenti per identificare le azioni preventive e migliorare la sicurezza e l'affidabilità degli impianti.

Gestione completa degli ulteriori ticket di propria competenza

Esecuzione analisi performance macchine/impianti in sito per esecuzione proposte di miglioramento:

Monitorare le performance degli impianti meccanici attraverso analisi di dati e sopralluoghi in sito.

Identificare aree di miglioramento e proporre soluzioni per ottimizzare l'efficienza energetica, ridurre i costi di manutenzione e aumentare l'affidabilità degli impianti.

Esecuzione analisi e reportistica quando richiesta dal cliente:

Eseguire analisi specifiche e redigere reportistica tecnica su richiesta del cliente, fornendo informazioni dettagliate sullo stato degli impianti meccanici, sulle performance e sulle attività di manutenzione svolte.

Garantire la comunicazione efficace con il cliente, rispondendo alle sue richieste e fornendo supporto tecnico.

Esecuzione attività di efficientamento energetico (con emissione relativa reportistica):

Analisi delle performance attuali degli impianti: Raccolta e analisi dei dati di funzionamento degli impianti meccanici (es. chiller, pompe, UTA, ecc.) per valutare le performance attuali e identificare aree di miglioramento. Discussione dei risultati con il cliente tramite la redazione di presentazioni chiare e funzionali.

Analisi di possibili parametrizzazioni alternative: Studio e valutazione di diverse configurazioni e parametri operativi per ottimizzare l'efficienza degli impianti. Simulazioni e calcoli per quantificare i potenziali benefici.

Esecuzione regolazioni degli impianti per miglioramento performance: Implementazione delle modifiche operative concordate con il Site Manager Meccanico, monitorando attentamente i risultati e apportando eventuali correzioni.

Esecuzione proposte di investimenti per miglioramento performance degli impianti esistenti: Identificazione di opportunità di investimento per l'upgrade o la sostituzione di componenti o sistemi obsoleti, con la preparazione di business case che ne giustifichino il ritorno economico (ROI). Presentazione delle proposte al management e al cliente.

Reportistica sull'efficientamento energetico: Redazione di report periodici che documentano le attività svolte, i risultati ottenuti in termini di risparmio energetico e le eventuali problematiche riscontrate.

Requirements

  • Laurea in ingegneria meccanica, energetica, chimica e affini
  • 1/2 anni di esperienza in ruolo analogo
  • Esperienza in ambito Datacenter sarà considerata un plus
  • Necessaria buona/ottima conoscenza lingua inglese
