Dit is een junior/medior positie, dus we zijn op zoek naar een gretig talent, met enige ontwikkelingservaring of -vaardigheden, niet bang voor interactie met onze klanten; denk en handel verder dan code. Bij Keylane hebben we 2 business lines; Verzekeringen en Pensioenen. Deze rol is voor onze Insurance (P&C) business line, die de Benelux regio dekt.

Key about your role

Als Implementatie Consultant ben je verantwoordelijk voor het succesvol vertalen van bedrijfs- en klantvraagstukken naar concrete oplossingen binnen onze SaaS-oplossing, Axon. Je documenteert het technisch ontwerp op basis van functionele eisen en speelt een cruciale rol in het analyseren en oplossen van complexe problemen, zowel in test- als productieomgevingen.

Daarnaast adviseer en ondersteun je proactief zowel je team als andere interne stakeholders om ons product voortdurend te optimaliseren. Dit strekt zich ook uit naar onze klanten, waarbij je hen begeleidt in het optimaal benutten van Axon. Je draagt zorg voor het helder en volledig informeren van klanten, nieuwe teamleden en collega's van andere afdelingen over onze software, zodat iedereen beschikt over de nodige kennis om effectief te kunnen werken met Axon.

Kortom, jij bent de verbindende factor tussen klantwensen, technische vereisten en oplossingen, waarbij je zowel intern als extern een grote impact maakt.

Requirements

  • Je hebt een diploma (Bachelor of Master) in IT (Bèta) of andere relevante werkervaring waardoor je een achtergrond op vergelijkbaar niveau hebt;
  • Je vindt het leuk om analytische problemen op te lossen;
  • Je hebt een eigen mening en deelt je ideeën en visie binnen de organisatie;
  • Je spreekt vloeiend Nederlands en voelt je ook op je gemak in het Engels.

*Een Verklaring Omtrent het Gedrag (VOG) en referentiecheck maken deel uit van de sollicitatieprocedure.

*Iedere medewerker van Keylane is verplicht een training over informatiebeveiliging te volgen. Daarnaast gelden voor alle medewerkers, ongeacht hun functie, de basisverantwoordelijkheden op het gebied van informatiebeveiliging
