About the Role:

We are seeking a highly responsible, detail-oriented Junior Operations Specialist to act as the on-ground owner for our portfolio of serviced units. In this role, you will take full ownership of unit readiness, inventory control, cleaning quality, and daily field operations to ensure seamless guest experiences and flawless unit maintenance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Unit Ownership & Guest Readiness: Act as the direct on-ground owner for assigned units, maintaining continuous awareness of unit condition, access activity, and turnover readiness.
  • Cleaning Execution & Quality Control: Coordinate daily cleaning plans, supervise property cleaners on-ground, inspect units post-cleaning, and enforce strict SOP compliance to minimize re-clean rates.
  • Turnover & Access Coordination: Manage tight turnover windows, early/late check-ins, and ensure physical presence or direct supervision whenever cleaners, maintenance, or external vendors enter a unit.
  • Inventory & Laundry Management: Maintain 100% accurate inventory tracking (furniture, linens, appliances, consumables), manage laundry collection/delivery flows, and report damages or missing items immediately.
  • First-Line Issue Resolution: Spot operational or technical defects early; handle minor fixes (e.g., light bulb replacements, minor adjustments) and escalate major maintenance issues with clear media/documentation.
  • Petty Cash & Admin Discipline: Manage assigned petty cash responsibly for emergency supplies/consumables, maintain accurate expense receipts, and reconcile weekly with the Finance team.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Hospitality, Operations, or a related field.
  • 0–2 years of experience in property management, field operations, hospitality, or real estate turnover supervision.
  • Strong problem-solving mindset with a commitment to local issue resolution and proactive risk detection.
  • Excellent organizational skills, keen attention to detail, and ability to handle high-pressure turnover windows.
  • Solid communication and reporting skills; ability to coordinate effectively with Guest Relations, Maintenance, and Management.
