We're looking for ambitious, organised and people-focused individuals to join as Junior Service Managers.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone early in their career who has an interest in technology, business operations, or digital services and wants to develop a long-term career in Service Management.

You don't need previous Service Management experience.

We're looking for people with strong communication skills, a proactive mindset, and a genuine interest in how technology and business services work. We will provide the training and support to help you develop the Service Management skills needed to succeed.

Requirements

Essential Skills & Attributes

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Eligibility Requirements

To be considered, you must:

  • Be SC Eligible
  • Have a minimum of five years' UK residency
  • Have no absences exceeding 30 consecutive days outside the UK during that period
  • Be based in Newcastle or within a one-hour commute, or be willing to relocate
  • Be willing to work in the office three days per week
