The posting

Unser Auftraggeber ist ein etabliertes, technisch innovatives Unternehmen im oberösterreichischen Zentralraum mit langjähriger Erfahrung im Bereich Anlagenbau und Gebäudetechnik. Im Zuge der sehr guten Auftragslage wird das Team um eine neue, verantwortungsvolle Position in der Projektkalkulation erweitert. Gesucht wird eine strukturierte und teamorientierte Persönlichkeit mit technischem Verständnis und Freude an interdisziplinärer Zusammenarbeit.

Ihre Aufgaben:

  • Eigenverantwortliche Kalkulation von Projekten im Industrie- und kommunalen Anlagenbau sowie in der Gebäudetechnik
  • Erstellung von Angeboten und Leistungsverzeichnissen
  • Technische Analyse von Ausschreibungsunterlagen inkl. Massenermittlung und Zeitabschätzungen
  • Zusammenarbeit mit Einkauf, Projektleitung und Vertrieb
  • Unterstützung bei Nachtragskalkulationen und Angebotsoptimierung

Requirements

Ihre Qualifikation:

  • Abgeschlossene technische Ausbildung (HTL, FH, Werkmeister o. Ä.)
  • Erfahrung in der Kalkulation von Projekten im Anlagenbau, Rohrleitungsbau oder der Gebäudetechnik (z. B. HKLS)
  • Kenntnisse in Nevaris X oder vergleichbaren Kalkulationstools von Vorteil
  • Sehr gute Excel-Kenntnisse, strukturiertes und präzises Arbeiten
  • Teamplayer mit Bereitschaft zur Zusammenarbeit über Abteilungsgrenzen hinweg
