Per la divisione Grandi Clienti, ricerchiamo un/una Key Account con base preferibilmente a Milano o Hinterland, operativo/a su tutto il territorio nazionale.

La risorsa sarà responsabile dello sviluppo commerciale e del presidio di un portafoglio composto da prospect, ex clienti e clienti attivi, con focus specifico sui servizi di somministrazione.

Responsabilità principali

  • Gestione e sviluppo di un portafoglio clienti nazionali.
  • Attività commerciale su prospect e riattivazione ex clienti.
  • Negoziazione con stakeholder di aziende strutturate.
  • Coordinamento costante con le filiali territoriali per il delivery delle attività.
  • Analisi dei fabbisogni e proposizione di soluzioni HR customizzate.
  • Monitoraggio KPI e obiettivi commerciali.

Requirements

  • Esperienza consolidata (min. 5 anni) maturata esclusivamente presso Agenzie per il Lavoro, con forte competenza nella somministrazione.
  • Provenienza preferenziale da contesti di medie dimensioni del settore.
  • Spiccato orientamento al risultato, forte motivazione e predisposizione commerciale.
  • Ottime capacità di relazione e gestione di interlocutori complessi.
  • Attitudine al lavoro in team, capacità di coordinamento e comunicazione efficace.
