Η MANDYNAMIC αναζητά Key Account Manager – Ship Supply εκ μέρους Διεθνούς Εταιρείας Ναυτιλιακών Προμηθειών με έδρα την Κίνα και παγκόσμια παρουσία. Ο/Η κατάλληλος/η υποψήφιος/α θα αναλάβει την ανάπτυξη και διαχείριση πελατολογίου στην ελληνική και ευρύτερη μεσογειακή αγορά, αξιοποιώντας το υφιστάμενο επαγγελματικό του/της δίκτυο στον ναυτιλιακό κλάδο.

  • Ανάπτυξη νέου πελατολογίου και αξιοποίηση υφιστάμενων επαγγελματικών επαφών σε πλοιοκτήτριες εταιρείες, διαχειρίστριες εταιρείες πλοίων και τμήματα προμηθειώνΔιαχείριση και
  • Διατήρηση μακροχρόνιων σχέσεων με βασικούς πελάτες της εταιρείας στην Ελλάδα
  • Τακτικές επισκέψεις σε πελάτες και επικοινωνία με στελέχη προμηθειών, τεχνικούς διευθυντές και υπεύθυνους λήψης αποφάσεων
  • Παρακολούθηση αιτημάτων προσφορών (RFQs), διαπραγμάτευση όρων συνεργασίας και υποστήριξη της διαδικασίας πωλήσεων μέχρι την ολοκλήρωση των συμφωνιών
  • Επίτευξη εμπορικών στόχων και ανάπτυξη πωλήσεων στην ελληνική αγορά
  • Συλλογή και ανάλυση πληροφοριών σχετικά με την αγορά, τον ανταγωνισμό και τις ανάγκες των πελατών
  • Διαχείριση παραπόνων και συντονισμός με τα εσωτερικά τμήματα για τη διασφάλιση υψηλού επιπέδου εξυπηρέτησης
  • Υποστήριξη της επιχειρηματικής ανάπτυξης σε γειτονικές αγορές της Μεσογείου

Requirements

  • Τουλάχιστον 5 έτη εμπειρίας σε πωλήσεις στον ναυτιλιακό κλάδο, σε τομείς όπως ship supply, ship chandling, ship management ή marine procurement
  • Αποδεδειγμένο και ενεργό δίκτυο επαφών με Έλληνες πλοιοκτήτες, διαχειρίστριες εταιρείες και τμήματα προμηθειών
  • Άριστη γνώση της αγγλικής γλώσσας
  • Άριστες επικοινωνιακές και διαπραγματευτικές δεξιότητες
  • Ικανότητα αυτόνομης διαχείρισης πελατών και επίτευξης εμπορικών στόχων
  • Καλή γνώση προϊόντων και υπηρεσιών ναυτιλιακών προμηθειών (provisions, stores, spare parts, bunkers, lubricants κ.ά.)
  • Δυνατότητα ταξιδιών εντός Ελλάδας
  • Πτυχίο ΑΕΙ/ΤΕΙ σε Διοίκηση Επιχειρήσεων, Ναυτιλιακά ή συναφή κλάδο θα θεωρηθεί επιπλέον προσόν
