La oportunidad

No buscamos a alguien que solo tome pedidos.

Nuestro equipo es sólido en clubes y autoservicio (Costco, Walmart, Sam's), pero no tiene a nadie que domine el canal de proximidad y conveniencia: tiendas como OXXO, 7-Eleven y Círculo K, small boxes, tiendas de suplemento y farmacias (Farmacias del Ahorro, San Pablo, Guadalajara, Benavides). Esa es la brecha que esta posición viene a cerrar.

Buscamos a quien construya y opere ese canal sin procesos predefinidos, porque hoy no los tenemos: robustecer el canal moderno, fortalecer cuentas donde hoy no somos exitosos, y habilitar el lanzamiento de nuestra línea ready to drink en tiendas de conveniencia.

Reporta al Gerente de Canal Moderno, dentro de la Dirección Comercial Brick & Mortar, y se une a un equipo de 3 KAMs. Con madurez de liderazgo, podría tener un KAE a cargo.

🎯 Lo que vas a poseer (ownership)

  • El P&L completo de tus cuentas de proximidad y conveniencia (Trade Spend, margen operativo y rentabilidad).
  • La relación y estrategia de crecimiento con cadenas de conveniencia (OXXO, 7-Eleven, Círculo K) y farmacias (Farmacias del Ahorro y similares).
  • Negociación de JBPs también con cadenas de autoservicio y clubes (Costco, Walmart, Sam's), incluyendo exclusividades y lanzamientos.
  • El proceso de alta de nuevos SKUs y actualización de fórmulas en canal de proximidad, asegurando impacto nulo en anaquel.
  • Inventarios y forecasting en small boxes, en colaboración con S&OP (CPFR).
  • La estrategia de visitas a punto de venta y el manejo de proveedores de promotoría y merchandising.

📋 Lo que harás

  • Elaborar estrategias personalizadas por cuenta para maximizar valor y detectar oportunidades de venta cruzada, con foco en proximidad y conveniencia.
  • Negociar acuerdos, contratos y precios directamente con clientes clave, tanto de proximidad como de autoservicio y clubes.
  • Analizar el rendimiento de tus cuentas periódicamente y presentar resultados a dirección.
  • Colaborar con Ventas, Marketing, Logística, Finanzas y Servicio al Cliente.
  • Buscar, contratar y gestionar proveedores de promotoría y merchandising.
  • Procesar pagos a proveedores.

Tus primeros 90 días: diagnóstico de portafolio por cuenta, propuesta de balance de portafolio wellness, catalogación iniciada en cuentas prioritarias y un proceso CPFR de inventarios diseñado y acordado.

Requirements

💼 Experiencia

  • 4+ años como KAM, Trade Marketing, Channel Marketing o Sales Field Operations en empresas de Consumo Masivo (FMCG/CPG).
  • 2 a 3 años como KAM titular (voz mandante), específicamente en canal de proximidad y conveniencia: tiendas de conveniencia, small boxes, tiendas de suplemento o farmacias. No aplica experiencia lateral ni solo en canal moderno.
  • Industrias válidas: licoreras, paperas, cerveceras, botanas, cigarreras, Farma OTC. No aplican perfiles de solo medicamentos.
  • Experiencia negociando JBP con cadenas modernas (Costco, Walmart, Sam's u otras).
  • Manejo y lectura de P&L por cuenta.
  • Nota: no aplica si trabajas o has trabajado como empleado directo de OXXO, 7-Eleven, Círculo K o alguna cadena de farmacias (buscamos experiencia del lado del proveedor, no del retailer).

🛠️ Conocimientos y herramientas

  • Excel avanzado y análisis de datos (P&L, forecasting).
  • Portales de cadenas: Retail Link, Atlas, MAD, InfoRetail.
  • Power BI, Tableau y/o Nielsen (lectura e interpretación).
  • Deseable: SAP/SAI (pedidos, facturación, cobranza, devoluciones) y conocimiento de S&OP/CPFR.

🎓 Escolaridad

  • Licenciatura o Ingeniería terminada (LAE, LCI, LRI, LRC o afín).
  • Maestría es un plus.

🌎 Idiomas

  • Bilingüe nivel básico (inglés).
