Jako Key Account Manager będziesz odpowiedzialny/a za pozyskiwanie kluczowych klientów biznesowych i budowanie z nimi długofalowych relacji w obszarze e-commerce i logistyki. Twoje zadania obejmą pełen proces sprzedażowy – od analizy potrzeb i ofertowania, przez negocjacje, aż po współpracę międzydziałową. Szukamy samodzielnej osoby z doświadczeniem w B2B, która chce realnie wpływać na rozwój biznesu partnerów i wizerunek firmy.

Zakres obowiązków:

  • Aktywne pozyskiwanie nowych klientów biznesowych – od rozpoznania potrzeb, przez prezentację oferty, aż po negocjacje i podpisanie umowy.
  • Budowanie i utrzymywanie długofalowych relacji z klientami oraz zapewnienie profesjonalnej obsługi posprzedażowej.
  • Realizowanie celów sprzedażowych i raportowanie postępów w systemie CRM.
  • Ścisła współpraca z działami Finansów, IT i Operacji oraz przygotowywanie analiz i rekomendacji.
  • Reprezentowanie firmy na konferencjach i targach branżowych.

Wymagania:

  • Doświadczenie w sprzedaży usług logistycznych B2B i znajomość rynku e-commerce.
  • Umiejętności negocjacyjne i łatwość w budowaniu długofalowych relacji biznesowych.
  • Samodzielność, sumienność i dobra organizacja pracy.
  • Otwartość na nieszablonowe rozwiązania i orientacja na realizację celów.
