The posting

Ransa, uno de los operadores logísticos más importantes de Latinoamérica, busca un Key Account Manager (KAM) para administrar la operación logística de un cliente estratégico desde sus instalaciones en Bogotá.

Esta posición tendrá un enfoque operativo-comercial, siendo el principal punto de contacto entre el cliente, las navieras, los transportadores y los equipos internos de Ransa. El objetivo será garantizar una ejecución eficiente de la operación de transporte terrestre, haciendo seguimiento permanente a los embarques, coordinando con proveedores logísticos y asegurando altos niveles de servicio.

  • Administrar integralmente la operación logística de un cliente asignado.
  • Coordinar diariamente con navieras, operadores logísticos (OPL), transportadores y proveedores.
  • Hacer seguimiento al transporte terrestre desde origen hasta entrega final.
  • Gestionar novedades operativas y resolver incidencias de manera oportuna.
  • Mantener comunicación constante con el cliente sobre el estado de sus operaciones.
  • Coordinar con las áreas internas de transporte, operaciones y servicio al cliente.
  • Garantizar el cumplimiento de los indicadores de servicio (SLA, tiempos de entrega y cumplimiento operativo).
  • Elaborar reportes operativos e indicadores de gestión.
  • Identificar oportunidades de mejora en los procesos logísticos del cliente.

Requirements

  • Profesional en Ingeniería Industrial, Negocios Internacionales, Comercio Exterior, Logística o carreras afines.
  • Mínimo 5 años de experiencia en logística, transporte o comercio exterior.
  • Experiencia coordinando operaciones de transporte terrestre.
  • Conocimiento en coordinación con navieras, operadores logísticos (3PL/OPL) y transportadores.
  • Experiencia administrando cuentas clave o trabajando directamente con un cliente estratégico.
  • Excelente capacidad de coordinación, comunicación y servicio al cliente.
  • Manejo de Excel intermedio.
